Taste of India is an experience, a revelation, an exaltation. Don’t not mistake it for meager dining hall food. What they lack in variety and spice level they make up for in soul and consistency. In addition, dinner time is a game to see how many whole chickens you can stuff into one takeout box. The mango lassi is of a water like consistency but that makes it serve better as a lubricant to encourage the passage of the palak paneer.
