Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Placentia

Bad experience with manager juan. Went to pick up online order and it was not on shelf. I asked an employee and he did not know about the order. That employee asked another employee and i told them the name one more time. They grabbed a bag that was in the back and repeated the name. I said yes. I realized it ddnt have the drink. So i went back to store and asked if it was right. They said yes one of the employees check the bag and then gave me drink. When it food was opened it was incorrect. I went back to store explained to juan and he pretended like i was not there. I repeated myself and his answer was, "i didn't give it to you". It was an unprofessional response from him. So i asked to speak with manager. Juan said he was the manager. So i told him that it was his responsibility to know what was goin on in his restaurant. He asked for the food back even though i had already dropped it off. He said he needed the food back. I told him i was not going to go get it back and he needed to fix this. He did redo the order without telling me he was going to redo it and then he went and hid in the back because he knew hus response was rude. One of the employees handed me the order and i asked what the managers name was and he said " i don't know. I think its juan". So i asked to to speak with him again and asked for his name because they would not tell me. I was nice to everyone when i picked up the food and when i told them it was wrong. THIS IS THE WORST CHIPOTLE OUT THERE! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE. They changed their policy to scam and rip you off. They put the meat into a tiny to go thing to measure a smaller portion and then even shake our more meat. You get barely any meat. TRUST ME DO NOT COME HERE. Placed an online order through the app. I do like the app- it's pretty user friendly. Food was ready on time, though cold when we opened it up immediately when we got home.

I ordered a steak bowl. The steak was very fatty, but what bothered me the most was that the bowl was barely half full. I reported it through the app, and I got a non committal "we'll let the management know," but from looking at the other reviews, it looks like this is an ongoing issue. We also ordered a side of guacamole which was inedible because of how much salt was in it.

What a bummer. It's really sad to see how many people have tried to bring these issues to the attention of the owners/managers, and they have done nothing to fix them.
