Updated: Never going to this location again! The person making my sandwich told me they could only put two tomatoes and two leaves of spinach and couldn't ask for more of either on my 6-inch sub. I'm already paying 7 damn dollars for a sandwich. It was after an intense workout, and I needed vegetables, so I asked for more. I WORKED AT SUBWAY. Never once ever has anyone said no to extra veggies. NOT ONCE. I'm not sure if it's the employee or the management, but this location always has issues like this. It's the closest location to my house, but I will absolutely never go here again, because the location on Rose and Yorba Linda made my sandwich how subway should, with extra veggies if that's what I ask for. Even the employee at the Rose location said they should NOT be skimping customers like this. They seriously need to fix their issues. Because they have no bathroom, are always out of everything, skimp on sandwich ingredients, and the employees have a real attitude issues. The only nice person was an older woman who I don't see working there anymore. Do yourself a favor and go to ANY other Subway...
Read more7/11/2025 – Very Disappointing Experience
Today’s visit was incredibly disappointing. The young Indian woman helping me was very sweet, but it was clear she hadn’t been properly trained. She seemed nervous, which I understand, but the manager didn’t help the situation—interrupting her mid-service to criticize her appearance in front of customers. That was unprofessional and unnecessary, especially when both of them had similar hairstyles and neither wore a hat or hairnet.
I asked for more bell peppers and was told “that’s the amount,” as if I wasn’t allowed to customize my sandwich. Then, cold bacon was put on my sandwich, which I had to correct. For nearly $20, I expect much better service and food quality. Limiting toppings and skimping on ingredients at that price point is unacceptable.
I used to support this Subway because the previous owner was a kind lady who cared about her customers. Unfortunately, with the current staff and inflated prices, I won’t be coming back. You’re better off going to Sprouts and getting a better sandwich for a quarter of the price. Absolutely not...

This is something I have never encountered at this or any other Subway. He said it was instructions from this owner. Okay, so I got it on the regular roll. Then when I asked for the shredded cheese, he said they didn't have any. Maybe they just ran out? Again, something I have never experienced during many visits to many Subways. Finally, when it came to the veggie add-ons, he told me I could only get lettuce, tomato and onions. I told him that I wanted spinach instead of lettuce, which he then put a very small amount on the sandwich. When I asked for more, he said the instructions from the owner were to only put six individual pieces of spinach on a footlong sandwich. What? Once again, these are things that I've never heard of before. The owner of this Subway is the worst! Needless to say, I will never be going back to this location.
