New Grounds Coffee House - Plain City — Restaurant in Plain City

I have only been in there twice since opening. I was excited about it because I could walk there before work. The first time was on opening day. I didn't get off work till 20 minutes before they closed and didn't get there till about 5 minutes so I could definitely understand, on opening day, someone coming in as you are trying to get the place for closing time done is not something you want to happen. I apologized and the girl taking my order didn't give a reply and definitely looked miffed. I just tried to chalk it up to what I mentioned before. The second time, at a much better time, I can't say the girl's demeanor were much better. They really are just not welcoming. And the drinks aren't much special. Today, my boss went over to try it out. She told me about her experience and unfortunately we both have walked away not liking this location. I will definitely recommend the West Jeff and Hilliard locations. The girls at those locations care about the customers and not just their little clique...

I love that this little gem opened up down the street from me! I’ve been frequenting a couple times per week and everything is always amazing. I’m a big fan of the Italian sodas, because they aren’t overly sweet!
