Pioneer Pizza — Restaurant in Plain City

Been following this place on Facebook since they opened and I made the trip there which was worth it even now in hungry for it. I got the all the way with pineapple, The dough is natural not bunch of modifies, sugar very symmetrical, consistant crust, texture all in house made, the topping were good the mushrooms, veggies were fresh cut onto pizza making it wholesome and delicious, the sauce is very paletable good tomato base, its not the generic, canned sauces, or added bunch of sugar, salts to make you want it, but good recipe base. The peporinie were over layed over another giving you beautiful bite an combination of fully cooked crust with a soft crunch, pairing of sauce the cheese, peoprine, then veggies. I absolutely love it ive been a hound dogs, Giordanios person for awhile but ive meet my match next is the taco pizza and a sub! And I there dinning area is very calm, and inviting area with good acomdations, comfortable seating, and all the ementies for your pizza even crayons for kids to use, the place is good for a meeting, get together, or night time...

Please fix your customer service at the front desk at Plain City Pioneer pizza.... This is just FYI.....we love your wings, salads, and pizza. And when we're in town we always order your food. Last 3x there is NOBODY at the front desk to assist customers. All the employees fixing pizzas look at you like your in the wrong place..... Please see if you can revise the front customer desk so they are more available..... Tonight I waited more than 5 mins ....while the kitchen staff watched me.. Finally a girl drinking from a water cup came in and never acknowledged me. Finally I walked around the counter and loudly asked "if I was to get my own pizza??"....then they all looked at me and the girl with the water bottle finally asked if she could help me....yes I want my pizza!!! I ordered online...paid online ...and I could see it sitting on the oven.

Please review your policies and procedures for customers....my apologies to your staff.....I had a busy day that didn't...

Really wish I could give a review on the pizza, but I sure have one on the service. Arrived at 550 on a Friday Night. We ordered one large one topping pizza. Gave them the table number as requested by the bartender that took our order. We had a soccer match for our son that would be starting at 730 so we thought we would be good on time. Absolutely not the case. By 645 no pizza, so I drive my son to his game and the wife stays back to wait for the pizza. By 705 still no pizza. We gotta go, so the wife asks some random waitress what's going on. She says...oh we gave your pizza to someone else we can have something out in 5 minutes. 10 minutes later I asked for a refund. We'll see if it goes through. I hate giving poor reviews but thus one is deserving...
