Hammer & Stain Plain City — Attraction in Plain City

A friend and I were at Hammer & Stain tonight to do Christmas trees. I found the staff to be rude. When we asked for help we received none and were told we dont help with choosing colors. Could you at least make a suggestion? The tools we received were insufficient. When asked for the supplies needed to finish the project, attitude. At the end of the project we were rushed to finish up even though their website claims they closed an hour later. When I ordered my project, I specifically made a note so I would receive the correct color for the lights. Well, attitude, we don't have that color and don't know where to get it. My husband and I have been to a couple of different craft studios, before we found Hammer And Stain in Plain City, Ohio. From our first visit we both knew we have found our crafting home. The owner and staff were welcoming, and helpful throughout our crafting project. The studio has a warm and comfortable atmosphere, with plenty of clean work area to enjoy your crafting. My husband and I stopped in to give glass blowing a try to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. The teachers were great and gave great instructions. They helped us every step of the way.
