Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Plain Township

Ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks. Friend ordered a muffin, sandwich, and a drink.

New employees took our order proceeded to make our sandwiches and one drink. Place them at the takeout counter, said "here you go" and they both left the store potentially having to clock out or something.

Two ladies that were around that I assume we're "training" the new hires then proceeded to do routine things while our orders are still unfinished. We stood and made eye contact with them multiple times, not once did they ask us if we were still waiting on anything or needed help.

Our friend spoke up and kindly said "hello, I am still waiting on a muffin and my drink" the older women ask her what the order was. She begins to make the drink and as my friend is thanking her she interrupts her with "hello may I take your order" fake smiles and points to the headset.

The younger lady then finally asks us what we need and I said "we are still waiting on our drink the, other two gave us food and just left" and she replied with "yeah well, they are new hires" instead of just apologizing she shifted the blame on them. When she was the one who told them to leave the store.

Not impressed with the service, I didn't ask for a refund because I was hungry and i also have worked retail so I understand. But c'mon, if you see people in an empty shop staring at you the least you can do is ask if we...

Wow. What a disaster. My family and I were in there around noon yesterday. Waiting in line for a good 15 minutes with no service and no one even noticed us. Then they got our order wrong. My dad being the honest man he was gave the lady who handed us our food the sandwich that was in correct back and she literally threw it in the trash can and laughed in our faces. My husband and dad then had to stand there another 5 minutes for the workers to get our order correct. My husband cup was broken and leaking out The side of it and because it was so aweful just trying to order and get our food he wouldn't even go up and get a new smoothie. The other employees were standing there arguing in Spanish with each other. It was the worst experience I have ever had at a Tim Hortons. I will never go to that location again. My family will never go there again. Someone really needs to teach that whole group of people what team work is and make...

The breakfast sandwich was cold. They were out of hashbrowns, so we had to do a substitution. My little one wasn't happy at all. I paid extra to get a shot of caramel in one of the ice capp supremes and it was never added...once again, very upsetting to me and my little one who was drinking it. The second ice capp supreme was a caramel fudge. They literally just had these as their specialty within the last month or so. No one knew how to make it. Therefore, my drink didn't turn out right. It would have been nice if they would have told me that in advance so I could have changed my selection. I haven't had this issue at other Tim Horton's locations. I definitely don't be returning to this store even though it is convenient for me when I'm going to out of town...
