Updated - The store GM reached out within 24 hours to discuss the situation. I appreciate his response to the event. He offered to look over the vehicle himself, at my convenience, to ensure that there were no issues. It was clear that the behavior I witnessed in my previous visit was not to his standards.

I’ve used this location for at least 10 different service events and it’s typically been a good experience. Today, it was unacceptable. The service technician in the oil change bay was obviously having a bad day and they wanted everyone around them to have the same. They were cursing loudly, complaining about working on my vehicle and to top it off they decided it was acceptable to throw the skid plate of my vehicle from under the car into the service bay door. I’m weary if the oil filter was changed and if there was any damage caused to my vehicle due to the technicians temper tantrum. Couldn’t get my vehicle out of there fast enough. I’ll take it somewhere else this week to see what damages may have been caused. Needless to say, I’ll be taking my vehicles elsewhere...

I drive a 2014 Chevy Camaro 2LT, I went to this shop to get an oil change. I drove in expecting for it to be really expensive and time consuming, but i was proved wrong. The workers are very kind and friendly, they told me what was recommended. They took the time to inspect my car, and to go into a further diagnostic for free! They were not in a hurry to get me out of there, and as they were working i was having a conversation with the workers. The workers put my bumper back into place, and found a nail in my tire. The whole process took maybe 15 at most, i had my air filters changed my tires filled and my oil changed for $113 (for everything i had done) they’re very open with customers, and take the time to show you what is needed/best for your car while being affordable, quick, and providing great customer support. I have a travel trailer that needed the tires replaced. I brought the tires in and they were able to match them with an even better quality tire after asking about the weight of the trailer - this is key, as certain tires have a weight limit to them. I wouldn't have known this without his explanation and could have bought new tires that would have failed me down the road. Ethan (manager) and the team worked quickly and had my new tires ready to go in an instant. The entire team was overly friendly, and very professional throughout the entire transaction.
