Now, normally I don't care to leave reviews when a place isn't 100% perfect, cause I have worked food service for 10+ years and I know how difficult it can be. It was a busy, yet seamless morning at the drive thru. Nothing felt like it was taking too terribly long with the line of customers. I ordered a McGriddle sub round egg cause I just prefer the flavor of the round vs the scramble folded egg. Paid almost $9 after tax. I finish my drive to work, munching on my perfect hashbrown. I open my sandwich, and what do you know. I was given a sausage mcmuffin. Which not only isnt what I ordered but it is also a cheaper product. To make matters worse it is the SECOND time this has happened at the location. Which just shows me that even with a very simple substitution, I don't get what I order and I am paying almost double the price for it. The first time, I thought it was just a fluke. Months later to have it happen again just shows no one actually cares. You're just going to be given whatever the workers decide. So knowing that corporations use these reviews as performance indicators for the managers, I sincerely hope management corrects their team. Cause no one likes getting something they didn't order, and especially if they are paying more money for what they ordered in the first place. At the end of the day, everybody can understand why this would be frustrating and it's the last time I am bothering with this location. I don't think my $9 every few months is going to have an impact on their bottom line, but it's just a simple call out to the lack of caring the staff has here and I wouldn't bother ordering here unless you're okay with just being given whatever order the staff feels...

The employee who claimed to be the manager (doubtful, he looked 16/17 years old) was of zero help, rude, and not a care in the world that although they took the $50 payment, the order was "lost" in the system so I got zero food. They were rude, gave me the run around, and told me it wasn't their issue and I'd get a refund on 3 to 10 days. No, it's 5 to 15 days before a refund is given, and no compensation for the rude employees, almost 2 hour run around, and the kid who claimed to be the manager told me "to place another order and pay for it a second time" if I wanted my food order. I do not think so. We will never be returning, and I STRONGLY suggest refraining from utilizing their app, unless you have extra money to throw away. This so called manager said only one cent would be pended from my account. All lies. They took the full payment. He told me he could do nothing, which we all know is a lie. He had ZERO respect for customers, and zero customer service skills. He spent about 5 seconds in total trying to figure out where my order was, even when I had both receipts in my email and in the app to prove my order, along with my bank account open to prove the money was already taken out. I'm unsure who has over $50 to just throw away like that, but I do not. We will never be returning, and I seriously suggest avoiding this location...
Read moreThe women in the drive-thru line were insanely rude today. I was asking questions and the first drive thru lady was rude, then vanished. (later found out she had a seizure, which I can empathize with and feel bad for her) however, she was still very rude before leaving, then I didnt know where she went so I was saying "hello" into the intercom where someone yelled "hold on a minute"... so I waited, the next person came to the speaker and I stated that the first woman was rude, (didnt know there was a medical emergency). This woman said, "You dont need to act like that shes having a seizure." To which I replied, I didnt know that, but Im not acting any sort of way, she was still very rude. Asked for the second girls name. She refused to give it to me and was also insanely rude. I come here twice a week on my way home from my medical infusions, and stop for my neighbor, as he's elderly and loves the breakfast and cant drive. The lack of professionalism all around and the lack of human decency and disgusting attitude was ridiculous, especially given the medical emergency. Hopefully more training is done. They also argued with me that my order wasnt processed but I have a receipt of completion and the money was taken out of my account, but I didnt get my food. Hopefully Selena is okay, and that the other girl learns some manners and proper conduct in such a situation because that was so...
