If I could rate a negative 100 I would. My husband and I came to Qdoba on Northland tonight because when we ordered it for delivery they were out of multiple items. So we got free entree coupons. We came in and again they were out of steak, shrimp and couldn't even fully cook our quesadillas, she tried to flip after 15 seconds which dumped out 80% of the stuff inside of our quesadillas. Which the girls laughed that it dumped all over. I am not one to complain, but goodness the people you have working there especially the girls cashing out are by far the worst customer service we've ever experienced. The cheese was no where near melted or cooked. Which they continued to laugh in our faces. We finally just took our stuff and left. Horrible service, the staff have no idea what they are doing. What a shame. The manager was so clueless that he even laughed. I don't write reviews, but goodness what an awful experience and the people before us and after us who ordered were very upset. Read moreI was at this location yesterday Dec 6th. I got there at 5:14 pm. There were 4 people in front of me. It was 5:48 when got my Chicken protein bowl. The 4 people in front of me had one item each and to be fair, they also had some online/call in orders. By now, the line is almost out the door. There were people walking out. You can clearly tell that the guy with a full beard, who seems to be the manager was very frustrated with the online/call in orders. He was complaining the whole time. I don’t mind waiting a few minutes to get my food. But when you see with your own eyes that the place is poorly managed, that is not acceptable. For instance, they waited until things ran out to start making more. The lady in front of me wanted grilled veggies and he said “oh we are out, I guess I’ll have to make some” she then said just give me the 4 pieces of peppers and I’ll be on my way. Read moreJust had a very unpleasant experience at the Northland Dr location. I came and ordered 2 adult protein bowls and chose the kids 2 taco meal. I asked the young lady working, "Is the ground beef at all spicy?" I was informed that they didn't think so. I get home and both my young kids spit the food out and say it's spicy. I then call and talk to the manager on staff, (Sunday Aug. 28 2022 5pm) her name being Sara. I asked can you please substitute the meal out maybe tomorrow for just a simple quesadilla due to us living not close because the meat was spicy, which it was. She said, "It's not spicy and no I can't substitute anything (with a terrible attitude)." I said fine, I'll call corporate and we'll take care of it that way.
