Edit May 2024: what was a reliable decent quality experience is no more.
We visited as a family of four with a visitor from out of town. We were seated outdoors which was nice though directly into the evening sun.
We ordered chips and cheese as an appetizer, a family favorite. It tasted Ok though the consistency looked almost curdled, like yogurt and orange juice with the occasional sad floppy bell pepper swimming by.
Two members of our party (one child, one adult) need gluten free so we were excited by the options—until they arrived. The “gluten free kids cheeseburger” is gluten free not because they used a gluten free bun, but because they removed it altogether, leaving a sad maybe 1.5oz beef patty and a plop of slimy oiled processed cheese. On looks alone, the child chose not to eat it at all, which based on further experience of the evening was definitely the right call.
Given the disappointing meal you can see in the photo, we requested an order of fries so the kid would have something to eat. 30 minutes later the server arrived with the $140 bill, saying “oh yeah, the fries! I was supposed to ask you a question!” It’s cool man, just get them out quick into a to-go box. Another 20 minutes later of waiting we decided to eject and take the kid to McDonalds. On the way out we saw the waiter who seemed to be for the third time be remembering the fries he was supposed to order. He again emerged saying “the kitchen can’t give an estimate.” It’s cool, we’ll just go rebuy the fries we already paid for at McDonald’s.
The waiter apologized and said to find him the next time we were there and he’d get us those fries—followed by a too little too late fist bump. No amount of attempted charisma was going to save the evening at that point.
I have plenty of other quality issues to regale including the butter-less unsalted “butter noodles” but I think you get the gist.
Never over the course of the night did we even see a manager. I used to enjoy this place and I was excited to share it with our out of town visitor. It ended up being an expensive, embarrassing, low quality experience. The main positive of the evening was the restaurant’s proximity to McDonalds, which somehow had better customer service and food.

The management have yet to respond, so I can only assume they have no plans on making this right. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY THERE- they obviously don't care about their costumer satisfaction
I haven't had a restaurant experience this bad in a long time. There were 6 of us outside last evening. We sat for 15 minutes and no one took our drink order. We asked to be moved inside thinking our situation would improve- were we wrong!!! We sat waiting for at least another 15 and I had to flag down a waitress so we could get a drink! At this point we should've left, but we finally got drink orders in and we ordered food since it took so long to get service. We waited another 15 or so minutes before getting our drinks and I had to taste my drink and tell my waitress if it was right or not- unbelievable! Also they added something to change the flavor of my wife's drink and she didn't like it. My friend sitting across from me got an IPA when he ordered a shandy. It took almost 15 minutes to flag down the waitress to ask for the drink he ordered. Then the replacement drink was STILL WRONG!!! I ordered the Philly steak sandwich- kinda dry but ok. My wife ordered the brisket and it was so dry she only ate about 1/3 of it. When we were done eating we watched the waitress walk by multiple times before we could get her attention to get our bills- I think we could've walked out and no one would've noticed. I don't want to waste my time or money at The Score...
Read moreWe stopped in yesterday for a drink and an early dinner. All started out well, except the manager stopped our waitress to converse with her as she held our drinks. We ordered: pulled pork sandwich, sauce and slaw on the side, steak fries, and a club with mayo on the side. Waitress seemed pleasant. We waited (it wasn't busy, only about 4:45). Another server brought the food, set it down and took off. The sauce was mixed in the pork, and the slaw was on the bun ( I can't eat slaw). The fries were underdone, and no mayo for the other sandwich. No ketchup was offered, no waitress in sight. I finally got up and found a waitress at the bar who handed me a ketchup bottle. By the time our "waitress" came around, we were ready to go. She did not come back to offer ketchup, check to see if our food was correct ( it wasn't), offer another drink or even a glass of water. My husband said to her, either you didn't write things down or the kitchen didn't read it. She said. " I think it was them." Well it's one or the other. Manager, Gabriel, came over and at first made excuses. He then acted more managerial. He offered to comp the meal, my husband said just take mine off since it was totally wrong. The waitress sneered at us as we left. This is such a cool place, I like the food (somewhat limited menu), but what's the point if you don't get what you ordered, and have...
