We went to buy some ice creams on 31st all-day offer. It was selling 2 1-quart ice-cream at 7.99 at that particular day but the cashier told they are 5.99 each then we ask for an offer and he couldn't figure it out about the offer so he calls for the manager. The manger also claimed it was 5.99 each. We show them the offer in our mobile app, then the manager said the offer is not valid in this store. Later we show the same offer which was shown in that store. Later the manager had hardcoded the price but it took them a long time and when we came back home, the ice cream was already half melted. This Baskin Robbins is the best store I have visited in the Chicago land area. The staff is always on point with correct orders and extremely fast service. There is a staff member there by the name of Bobby who always knows my order as soon I pull up to the drive thru. Always gets it right and is extremely personable and professional.
