The Donut Bros — Restaurant in Plainfield

If you're looking for good customer service and an amazing selection of donuts, then don't go to the donut bros. I hadn't gone in a while because the last time I went there was actually no customer service. Not a single employee greeted me or asked if I was ready to order. I gave it a while before deciding I'd try it again because I remember the donuts being pretty good. Sure, the donuts are good, but I've had much better and been to places (i.e. the doughnut emporium in plano) that just have a much better selection. Anyway, I came in hoping that maybe the customer service changed. The employee, a young girl, at the register did in fact not greet me or even try to make eye contact with me. I should have just left, but I ordered because I wanted to still give it a shot. Biggest time waster honestly. I would have much rather gone to get a dozen donuts more worth $20 or more especially if it meant that the employee would actually treat me like a human. They go out to get food too, would they really want to be treated like that? Probably not. Just don't waste your time...
