I dread going to their deli department. The selection of meats and cheese is top notch as is the quality. The prices are on the high side but that's true pretty much everywhere these days. The problem is the service, it is TERRIBLE! Even when there are multiple employees working the deli the wait is intolerable. They take orders and cut at a glacial pace. The employees seem to actively ignore customers, wandering back and forth behind the counter doing nothing except stopping to chit chat with their fellow employees. Finally and giving the benefit of the doubt there seems to be a real lack of any kind of training.
