Visited this establishment yesterday evening. I was asked to wait at the pay window by the cashier who told me that she would let me know when I could move to the next window and there was absolutely no one else in front of me. I sat there for 18 minutes waiting to be told to pull forward and the line behind me was filling up and then dwindling as other customers began showing up and then driving off. And mind you, there were only 3 cars in the entire parking lot. Once I was told that I could move forward to the pick-up window I was a bit taken back by the extreme attitude that the employee had. With long braids down to her waist the employee kept fiddling with her hair and than touching the food as I continued to wait for an additional 5 minutes. Once the employee brought my order to the window, she opened the window door harshly, handed me my soft drink and my little bag of food and literally slammed the window doors shut in my face with such a nasty entitled attitude that it was more than offensive! She didn't give any sort of greeting, didn't ask if I needed anything else and surely didn't say thank you or have a nice day, she said absolutely nothing and didn't even give me .01 seconds to request napkins or ketchup or anything else. I pulled over in the parking lot to enjoy my food after working a 14 hour shift in steel toed boots and my food was absolutely cold. After all that time waiting and the nuggets & fries were cold!? Lol Was not edible!By the time I arrived home I just made a bowl of soup. Probably not the ideal employee to be serving the public. She hates her job and it showed. When customers feel unwelcome in an establishment they normally don't return and I personally will never return to this establishment as it was my first time visiting this store. This has absolutely been the worst experience with food & service that I have ever experienced with any Burger King establishment that I've visited. In my opinion this is the worst Burger King Ever and I highly recommend those who are considering visiting this establishment to seriously reconsider other options! Read moreThis has to be the worst fast food place.not Burger King in general. Just this one particular Burger King. When i got there it was only me on the store with some customers in drive thru. It took 5 min just get my order taken. I seen 7 employees witch is more then enough to run this place. They seem to only want to make sure that drive thru customers are getting there food in a timely manner. I ordered a double chesse burger ketchup and mayo only and a choc shake. Now 3 other people have come in behind me 2 waited no time to get orders taken and the 3rd again 5 pluse mins just to get order taken. By the time i gave my order i didnt receive burger for 11 mins and then got my shake 4 mins behind my burger. It killed me to hear one of the ladies tell the crew that they need to juat slow down so not to make mistakes. They were already in low speed turtle gear. No what they need is to get someone in there that will really run the place. Its all woman om there and i have nothing against the ladies but these women just were not doing the best. They had two new young laidea ruming front line and drive thru and three ladies in a sandwich assembly line. Read moreI usually stop here a couple times a week for breakfast. It's the only thing open around the area before 5am. They were getting a delivery for the store at the time I pulled up. Sat at the speaker box for about 5 minutes and nobody came on. Went to the window and sat a couple more minutes, nobody. Drove . back around a second time and still nobody. Oh well, looks like I'll be in search of a new breakfast spot on my commute to work.
Edit: I came back the next day, and cars were lined up, including me, no service was being given. Upset customers before 5am. I stopped by again today, this is day 3 ... I was told at the speaker box it will be a minute, they were getting ready. I said okay, I'll wait. In the 8 minutes I sat there, nobody came back on the speaker. Cars were lined up, and again leaving, such as myself. Why are you advertising open 24 hours when your employees are refusing to wait on customers? The same black truck and grey Chevy sitting as what I presume are your workers. If you are open 24 hrs as your website states, don't you think you would be ready...
