Bottom line up front: Despite generally good food, the service and safety of this restaurant left a LOT to be desired and we won't be returning.
The food: General Tso's cauliflower was shockingly good, and most of the other food we ordered was pretty good. The macaroni and cheese was just okay...a bit too dry and sticky, and not very rich or as flavorful as you'd expect for a restaurant. The burgers all of us got were quite tasty, as were the fries. On the bad side, despite my wife saying that she's allergic to tomatoes and requesting that they not include one with her burger, one did in fact come with her burger, which was also under-cooked significantly.
Service / Other: Even in a post-Covid environment, the host sat a full table of 6 people right next to us, even though there were literally six other empty tables in that section of the restaurant that went totally empty the entire time we were there. Space your patrons out! This place seems to take literally NO precautions with Covid. There were four of us at the table, and all our waters were completely empty for a good 5-10 minutes before they were refilled, and it wasn't busy at all. Appetizers arrived with no plates to actually eat them, and we had to wait some time for those to come out. I asked for a basic substitution on the side of my burger, and was told that's not possible at all. The restaurant made absolutely no attempt to fulfill my request (even when I asked for being upcharged for the substitute), which is not how you should handle customers in a service industry. Don't tell a customer "NO"... you're a new restaurant in an industry wrecked by a global pandemic--figure something out, or offer to accommodate them somehow. The manager who came by and asked how things were going was probably the worst manager I've ever interacted with, and made it clear to me that they didn't take good service very seriously.
All in all, the food was decent, but given how many other restaurants are out there struggling with Covid who care about customer service and also have good food, I'd recommend taking your business literally anywhere else. Poor service has a way of ruining what would otherwise be a good meal, and going out to eat ought to be a special occasion where you feel like the host actually cares about making your...

Let's talk about the beer. Nigh Brewpub has a selection that's "lager than life." Whether you're a fan of IPAs, stouts, or something in between, they've got you covered. I tried their signature "Night Owl IPA," and let me tell you, it was a "hop-tastic" experience. The flavors were so well-balanced, it was like a symphony in my mouth. But wait, there's more! The food at Nigh Brewpub is "grill-iant." Their menu is packed with delicious options that pair perfectly with their beers. I highly recommend the "Brewpub Burger" – it's a "bun-derful" creation that's juicy, flavorful, and topped with all the right fixings. And if you're a fan of appetizers, their "Pretzel Bites" are a "twist" you won't want to miss.

Read moreA very cozy and family friendly atmosphere. I was impressed by the list of beers, and decided on the Cordially Yours Stout. Dark, creamy, smooth and a great balance of sweet from chocolate and cherries, and dryness from dark roasted malts. We ordered the large Buffalo Chicken Dip which came in a bowl with a large bowl of tortilla chips. The Buffalo Chicken Dip was chock full of tender chicken. It was smooth and creamy with a hint of heat from the Buffalo Sauce. It was so delicious I could have eaten the dip by itself with a spoon. The Beer Braised Beef sandwich was delicious. The meat was moist and flavorful, and the bread was crunchy and sturdy enough to hold up to the meat. The waffle fries were ok but at times flavorless because of lack of seasoning, cool to the touch and cat times dry. Sadly, the Fried Buffalo Chicken Mac N Cheese was a major disappointment. The Fried Buffalo Chicken was tender and crispy and tasted even better with the Buffalo Sauce. It was then topped with diced tomatoes, Ranch Sauce and Bleu Cheese crumbles. That was on top of freshly cooked pasta. There was no cheese anywhere in the pasta dish. The menu was very misleading because this meal dish was listed as a Mac N Cheese meal when it was really a pasta dish. My son didn't eat much of that meal, and decided to finish off the Buffalo Chicken Dip. For dessert we ordered the Chocolate Peanut Butter Cake. That was extremely delicious. My son loved the creaminess of the peanut butter frosting meshed between the rich chocolate cake. I ate the Peanut Butter cookie which was firm yet soft in the middle with crispy edges, and a great taste of peanut butter. Our server was very friendly...
