White Castle — Restaurant in Plainfield

Went into the drive through at 7:45am till 8:10am on the 31st after waiting 3 months for this place to re-open. Said ooen on the sight, the drive through was lit and said open. But no one answered the drive through and the doors were locked even when the open light was on. There were 4 employees standing at the front counter just chatting, and after they saw me wave to find out if they opened up soon they all just turned around and walked away. I'm just disappointed in this place after waiting almost 4 months waiting for it looks like all they did was put in a new drive through. They don't even want to open up and serve people only at there convenience.

I reward this place no points, and may god have mercy upon there souls...

Ps. I have found out that they do not open till 10am e every day now. Even if they still state that they open up at 7am, or 24 day that they are supposed to open for what the sighn says. Don't buy th BS. Just...

Went through the drive-thru got to the window the cashier flung open the door told me my total, never once said hello. I took my card I said Thank you when she handed me my card back. She closed the window after about a minute she opened the window back up and gave me my food and said have a good day. Never once said Thank you never smiled I wanted to check my food before I drove away and about 15 seconds go by with my husband checking our bag of food I hear the cashier say "oh my God" I said is there a problem and she goes no and I drove away. Very rude and not how someone should be treated. I've been in customer service and never once treated someone like this. Very rude and slow ! Everything was smooth from the gentleman at the window after that everything went downhill. They got my order wrong went back. And they messed up the order again. The young lady said with the tattoo on her face yelled at me the second time and slammed my food. When I tried to talk to the manager she ignored me while the employees came and hugged her (which means she didn’t want to hear what I had to say). The inside was dirty. Not sure why the wait is so long when the employees are doing doing nothing but standing around outside smoking and having a good time. My experience was just horrible. Will be contacting corporate!
