Good food but service was horrible. We made an order through DoorDash only to get half of our order. Our dasher called to let them know but they refused to assist and kept saying they gave us all of our food. I ended up called and asked to speak to a manager but the lady who picked up the phone immediately put me on without even telling me she was putting me on hold and then someone else came on the phone. I asked her if she was a manager and she said no. So I told her I needed a manager and refused to give me a manager. She kept saying that she took my order when my husband called even after I told that we never “called” in an order. We ordered online. She continued to be really rude and I told her I have my receipt to prove what I paid for ($45 worth of food that they were refusing to give to me). I ended up telling her that I was going to show up with my receipt and they needed to fix this issue and that’s when the lady in the back starting telling someone else that I was threatening to go over there. The lady I was already talking to ended up cursing using the f word when FINALLY a manager came on the phone and resolved the issue.

I ordered pickup. On doordash this place has a Belgium waffle that comes with fruit topping, glaze and whipped cream. I got my order home and it was just a waffle with syrup. I called and the manager was argumentative kept telling me I "ordered the wrong one" when I know for sure I ordered the correct one with fruit I even went back to Stacks and showed them. After a while of still telling me I ordered the wrong one she finally offered me strawberries to add on. But I wanted a refund or the thing I actually ordered. She told me to ask doordash for a refund, lord knows that will be a million hoops to jump through and probably won't even happen.

I have never had such a bad customer service experience, when really Stacks should be thanking me for pointing out that they have the item and/or price listed wrong on DoorDash. One thing for sure is as of right this minute they have a "Belgium Waffles Topped with fresh strawberries, blueberries, rich whipped cream, and drizzled with a sweet glaze." for $8.99 on doordash. I just wanted my waffle...

I normally go to Bob Evans or Cracker Barrel but Bob Evans quality has dropped considerably during the past year or so, so it was time for a change. My family and I stopped in for breakfast today after church and it was a great choice. We were greeted as we walked in the door and the young gentleman/manager was quick to offer us coffee (we're not coffee drinkers) and bring drinks to our table.

Our waitress (Joy??) was very courteous and this is my only complaint, if I have one. The staff does not wear nametags so it is difficult to brag on anyone because I am unsure of their names. However, the entire staff seemed nice and pleasant; I did not witness or have one bad interaction or experience with anyone on their staff.

The prices MIGHT have been just a bit higher than expected but I am unsure. However, I am a believer that you get what you pay for and I believe we paid for a quality, good tasting meal that was filling.
