Hoy sábado 15 de Julio fuimos al restaurant El trompo peruan mex y yo pedí 1/2 pollo a la brasa para mi desilusión algo cambió en el restaurante, cuando llego mi pollo llego con olor a quemado se veía seco y le daba con el tenedor sonaba duro, cuando miro al cauter estaban las muchachas mirando mi reacción como si algo malo pasaba, claro está mi pollo a la brasa estaba quemado (tengo foto) Inmediatamente llamo a la mesera y le digo "este pollo está quemado y seco y ella me dice, así lo hacen aquí, yo le digo mi esposo y yo nos encanta la comida peruana y es la primera vez que veo un pollo a la brasa en ese estado, para concluir le dije que retirara el plato.
