Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Plainfield

I have never given any fast food place 5 star in my life , always somthing a little off in some way. I moved to plainfield a couple years ago and could never find a good fast food place . Some good carribean food here and there and some good chinese if your lucky . Previous to this I use to get domino's way back when maybe once of twice in a couple months . In a nutt shell I am not big on fast food , I rather have food cooked at home. This spot has the greatest customer service i have ever experience in my life. From getting a drink knocked down a couple dollars , to getting 3 toppings for the price of 2 of 3 for the price off two, on the house, they always , and i mean always make it feel as if your own family works there . The indian guy (i forgot his name) not the one with the hat and long hair but the short one, he never ever takes a tip or allows you to punch in one on the machine for him. The deals are fantastic, even delivery services well. But the best feel is when you walk in the store and see a familiar face. I dont mean with just one of the workers they ALL work with you the two girls in the front and the guys. I hope they stay here for as long as possible I cant bare to see other people or a different management , food is good and they will make it how you like it, best of all I don't feel bloated when I eat. I just wish papa John's pizza didnt...

This papa John’s location NEEDS to be SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY!! We ordered 2 pepperoni pies for delivery last night. BOTH pizzas were absolutely infested with BEDBUGS!! They were literally baked INTO both pizzas and the bugs covered the inside and the borders of the boxes and inside the boxes, a couple of them appeared to be crawling! And they were infested with the tiny microscopic nymphs (baby bedbugs as well. We did NOT eat any of the pizza , thank god! Thank I caught it before we ate it! I called and complained to the manager that was of no help whatsoever and lied to me that the driver was going to pick up one of pizzas to look at it but the driver never picked it up , I was also told that the supervisor would call me today to discuss it with me, the supervisor never called me. I am beyond sickened and shaken from the whole experience!! These are a couple of photos i took. Papa John’s does not use coal fired ovens, there the black charred bubbles you see are from the bedbugs that are engorged with blood. Also you can see the white crusts on the pizza with tiny white bumps throughout. That is the nymphs. We have an exterminator in the family that confirmed this is in bedbugs. I came in to place a order roughly around 1am , when they were cleaning and when i placed my order with a lady named roxanne (whom might i say gave me good customer service)i placed my order & as soon as i placed my order i notice they washed there hands and also as well as made made sure my pizza was hot and fresh , i was able to have a good friendly conversation with all employees while they was playing good clean music , now must i say i enjoy pizza and especially papa john when they able to meet expectations. So for the experience overall i can say i will be coming back. Store 3497 in plainfield after i asked the manager. I like customer service especially from where i eat...
