Conduje una hora para venir a este restaurante a comer colombiano. Para mi sorpresa, el restaurante colombiano cerró y un restaurante ecuatoriano ocupó su lugar. Ningún problema. Aún así decidimos cenar aquí.
Pedí menú, no hay menú.
La servidora que tuve fue muy amable y nos dijo que les deje saber lo que estábamos buscando de comir y que nos complacerían con un plato similar.
Elegimos nuestros platos principales (chaufa), que eran exactamente la misma comida, pero la mía, sin carne de cerdo. Recibí mi plato primero, así que tuve que esperar a que mi amigo recibiera el suyo. Noté que a mi plato le faltaba un ingrediente que estaba incluido en la comida de mi amigo. El pollo en la chaufa estaba extremadamente seco. Se nota que el pollo no fue descongelado. Nunca volvimos a ver a nuestra servidora.
Mientras esperábamos otros 30 minutos para que alguien recogiera los platos, nadie preguntó cómo estaban las comidas ni ofreció postres o café. Estuvimos aquí casi 2 horas. El servicio fue muy decepcionante.

I drove an hour to come to this restaurant to eat Columbian. To my surprise the Columbian restaurant closed and a Equadorian restaurant had taken it's place. No problem. We still decided to have dinner here.
I asked for menu's- No menu's.
The server I had was very nice and told us to let them know what we were looking for and they will accomdate with a similar dish.
We picked our entrees (chaufa) which were the exact same meal, except mine with no pork. I received my plate first, so I had to wait for my friend to receive his. I noticed that my plate was missing an ingredient that was included in my friends meal. The chicken in the chaufa was extremely dry. You can tell the chicken was not thawed. After this we never saw our waitress again.
While we waited another 30 minutes to have anyone pick up the plates, no one asked how the meals were or offered any desserts or coffee. We were here for almost 2 hours. The customer service was very disappointing.

Very disappointing. They should fry them as customers order them. Then, when we received the check, we noticed that the amount was not accurate but because they don't show the details, we couldn't figure out how much was each of our items. You receive the receipt after you pay and they tell you the price without detailed information. Costumer service can be better, the prices from menu are no updated to what they charge.
