PROVIDENCE MEDICAL CTR — Local services in North Plainfield

This is probably the worst medical office I've been to in my life. The staff are rude and unprofessional. When you call to get answers, they always deflect to someone else who "isn't in at the moment". For example, they sent me 10 invoices (all the same) from visits I had in 2020, which I don't find likely since it was during the height of the pandemic and I wasn't at the doctor's office out of respect for those who urgently needed to see the doctor. When I call, the woman answers "hello" with no greeting (I had to ask if this was the doctor's office), and when I inquire about the bills she said the billing person won't be in until later today. I don't even have the same insurance they're listing on the invoices (and honestly, they could've just written it off on their taxes at this point). I'm honestly disgusted and will never go back and would never recommend anyone to go, even if it was the last doctor's...

worse experience..I was very patient waiting until the end when the doctor spoke to me disrespectfully.. don’t torture yourself going to this doctors office..you will spend about 3 hours just for basic referrals. You will waste your copayment/ monies and be very unhappy. Find a doctor with better class and will actually treat you with respect. Ghetto place..see it...

If I could give them less than one star I would. They are unprofessional and rude especially Wendy who is not a physician but claims that she can call and give results. She does not need to work with the public and I will be filing a complain with the Board of Medical examiners with the State...
