Drinks are fine as typical but starbucks in general, not just this location, needs to really train their employees on respecting the customer. I walk in around 530pm with no one in the store and barely anyone in drive thru. I ordered on the app so I walk straight to the pick up area. The barista near that area, sees me but continues to do what she was doing (wiping down the counter and the sugar bins) then proceeds to walk away. When I see her coming back I think ok she's definitely seen me and will ask me for my name. Nope! She continues to go back and start cleaning the counters and sugar bins again. I stood there probably for a good three or four minutes just watching her as she completely ignored me. It would have taken what 5 to 10 seconds to ask me my name and name my drink. Unacceptable! And another store the barista that handed me my order gave me my drink but just threw the bag of chips relatively hard onto the counter without even saying anything. Coffee should never involve a degree from M I T, its coffee. Great coffee. Didn't appreciate getting the bottom of pot coffee. Bitter and burnt. Montgomery Il Starbucks they are awesome. Friendly and helpful and curtious.
The girl shakes the container to get the last of the coffee out. Checks the container next to the one she's using. (should I make a fresh one). I guess the world will never know, and the fact I felt some bias towards me I? guess I wasn't worthy of a fresh venti. I could've asked for a fresh cup. But I let it play out.

Placed my order and he began punching in the order for the next person while waving the credit card swiper around for me to somehow put my credit card in and enter my pin. Instead of telling the person behind me a to hold, he ditches and walks off to get someone else to process my payment. His loud mouth echoed thru and I realized by his conversation that he knew the person in line behind me. He was more preoccupied with his personal conversation than getting me thru. The next employee who assisted me had no idea what occurred, had to place my order again, swipe my card and wait yet ags3in for my order.
