Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store — Restaurant in Plainview

I'm highly disappointed with my experience tonight. I went and picked up food for my family tonight and was alone so I didn't check my food before I left, I shouldn't have to. So when I got home I found out they forgot one of our burgers. Mistakes happen, but this is the second time part of my order was forgotten. Our visit right before this one they didn't give us my daughter's chicken strips. I called this time and went back for the burger. I wouldn't be so irritated right now if I would've been greeted with an apology or anything, but instead they tried to give me someone else's order and when they finally gave me the right thing, she gave me the bag without even looking at me or saying anything except "here you go" and continues to talk to her coworker behind her. Everyone inside looked as if it were their first day and frantic just trying to make it to closing time. Now, we don't have very many places to eat in this town and the food is good, so it's not like I'll never be back, but they need to work on their customer service asap. I've worked in food, its not hard to take 2 seconds to smile and pay attention to the person in front of you for the 5 min they are there. Okay, I can't say enough about this store. It is amazing, especially if you're trying to eat locally source. D healthier food. They have their own dairies and cows for meat. They sell everything in their store. From local meat to local dairy milk, cheese ice cream yogurt. It's so so good all of it. I had the best frozen yogurt ice cream cone I think I've ever had in my entire life the other day and I grew up on Brahms and never knew they had frozen yogurts. O, that's very cool. Their ice cream is amazing out of this world. So creamy fresh and yummy. You can buy your milk here meat. They have homemade pastries and I like to buy my Pepita seeds here because they are way cheaper than at the store. Also, you can get a bag hamburgers. Cooked, ready to go for $6. I've had my fair bit of trouble when ordering from braums, but today was just sad. I start off by pulling up through the drive through and attempt to place an order for a bag of burgers. This led to the lady operating the speaker to give a passive aggressive huff which put me off as thats not the usual response you'd expect when asking for some burgers, but I wasn't trying to start any trouble so I didn't think to much of it. I then payed, received my order, and headed home. When I got home I pulled out the burgers to share with my family, and my niece bit into the burger then said something was off. We then opened the burger and found it to be severely burnt. I'm not sure if this was done on purpose or just coincidence but that initial interaction with the lady taking my order made me feel this was deliberately done as an attempt to get back at me for my order of burgers.
