Plainview Furniture Exchange — Local services in Plainview

This was truly the worst experience we’ve had with furniture exchange. They had no idea what they were doing. Almost got our furniture sent somewhere else, told us we would have our bed in 1 week and didn’t get it till almost a month later. When dropping of our bed the did not assemble it for us. Contacted them to have them go back and assemble it for me because all they did was leave it in boxes. They contacted me asking if I had any furniture they had to move. Which the only thing that would have to be moved was the mattresses and box springs on my floor. I did let her know that my son could move that for them. When telling her this I was told they were on the way back to my house to assemble my bed. Hour later… they still never showed. I called and called and called and they never answered their phone so I can get an estimated time of arrival. Very unhappy with this place and they definitely need to get it together. I love this business!!! The employees are super helpful, they listened to me and what I was looking for and why, and bent over backwards to help me. Felicity and Erica are the sweetest people and I will shop here for any of my future furniture needs because of their kindness and willingness to go above and beyond the average customer service....

We went in and found the perfect couch. It was priced at about $2400 and once we were doing all the paperwork, the Company came back and stated that the price tag on the couch was incorrect.
