Burger King — Restaurant in Plainville

This has to be the worse Burger King EVER!!! Over the past year or so I have given it so many chances and have now vowed to NEVER go back there again. There were so many times months back that whenever I would place an order using the online ordering, I would customize some of the food and go to the drive thru (15-20 minutes at drive thru every time) to pick up, the food was never customized, after a few times I called the store, but did not get the store instead you go directly to customer service, I explained all the times and what happened, was told the store manager would call me back which they never did. After those incidents I decided to place my order and go INSIDE to get the order and let them know that each time my sandwiches are NOT customized as ordered, this time I stood there waiting forever and watching as my food was prepared, I saw mistakes so I called out to the person on the other side of the counter to correct it before giving it to me, at this point they know who I am, they fixed the order, after fixing it they place the order on the shelf to be picked up, as I said they know who I am and still do not give me the order, I had to get upset instead and tell them to give me that order they placed on the shelf knowing I was standing there. After a few months have gone by, today I thought I would give it another try, I place an order and customized my chicken sandwich, no lettuce, just tomato pickle and BBQ sauce, I got home and it was the opposite, it was lettuce and mayo, no tomato, pickle, or BBQ sauce. I really do think they do this on purpose like it is a joke to them. The owner of this establishment needs to reconsider the drew he has working for them, maybe pay a little more to get people that care, sometimes getting people that care makes a big difference in how much a business...

On Monday March 10 2025 at about 9:40pm I arrive at the drive thru and no other vehicles were in the drive thru . I waited for about 6 minutes before even getting to order. Once ordering my food which was a simple order , it took numerous times for the female employee to get it right. My order was simple it was two meals one with onion rings and a coke and the other fries and Dr Pepper and an 8 piece cheddar bites. I was told the order would be 22.02 which didn’t make sense but anyway. As I get to the window it was a middle aged woman working and she took my card and handed me the first drink then gave me back my card with no receipt and handed me the other drink. I asked which one was the Dr Pepper as the lid wasn’t pushed to mark it . She wasn’t sure then closed the window threw away my receipt and went to get the food. Once I got the food I did a quick check and there was no onion ring sauce as I requested . I waited and eventually she saw I was still there and didn’t seem to happy. Once she came back and opened the window I asked politely for onion ring sauce and she proceeded to grab one hand it to me and the polite person I am I said thank you and she didn’t say a word and shut the window and walked away. Once home the food was not good. Order was wrong and both drinks the Dr Pepper and Coke were gross as if there wasn’t any syrup in the machine. Onion rings were soggy and fries were stone cold , the chicken sandwich bread was also soggy . Pretty bad when the employee is unprofessional and rude and the food isn’t good at all. I can take one or the other but both is crazy. I ever write reviews but this employee shouldn’t be dealing with customers...

Read numerous accounts that this chain may go the way ilof the Dodo .. Belly up .. Im not shocked .. Burger did not arrive as ordered .. The person that took my order or the person at the grill kicked it freestyle .. Not what i ordered .. Fries, which when compared to other fast food fries already sk, were luke warm .. And crazy salty .. Come to think of it so was the cold, over-condimented, super oniony Whopper (no cheese) that I chucked half of out the window on Rte 152 .. I know .. I know .. Irresponsible .. I pity the poor woodland creature that got ahold of that culinary abomination .. The bacon king i ordered for a friend actually sported more of that crazy salty sh*y special sauce than one would believe was physically possible .. Something magical was at work here .. The bounds of absorption and the 31° point of inclination were tested .. Gross ... my friend, admittedly starved, thanked me but abandoned his burger after a few bites and instead raided my fridge and liberated me of 2 Anthony's stuffed shells and a meatball .. My "make yourself at home" ... "Mi casa es sua casa" philosophy is not without its flaws .. Typical fast food .. Convenient .. But .. Quality challenges the palate and...
