Dunkin' — Restaurant in Plainville

I would like to say that Danielle, Jackie and the morning crew are the best and most friendly people that I have ever meet in my life, I have been going to Danielle's store for some time, and they have treated me with the upmost respect and made me feel very comfortable being at her store. if I could I would give this store 20 stars, Danielle and the her day crew are super all stars. i had just recently visited this dunkin donuts and ordered a exrta large black coffee with 6 sugars and when i got home with my coffee it had no sugar at all in it. i do not know what is this place is comming to, when you can order a coffee with what you ask for and not get what you want in it and also they have raised the price to the point that the coffee is almost $4.00 a cup talk about getting ripped...

Service was bad. Not only was it slow but almost every single time I go there they get my order wrong. For example, today I ordered an ice coffee and the woman messed it up and gave me a regular coffee. When I procedded to tell her that I hadn't ordered that she then cut me off and began arguing over me and basically telling me how it wasn't her fault and that it was mine for not saying ice even though I swear I did. What happened to the customer always being right? I realize i am not perfect and maybe i did mess up the order but the way it was handled was not the right way. I don't mean to bash I'm just bringing to your attention the flaws of this particular dunkin. And a lot of the problems stem...

I order my coffee the same everytime I go and it is never the way I order it and never made the same way twice. Lately the coffee has been bitter and burnt tasting and just downright nasty. I asked for extra napkins when I got a breakfast sandwich and they actually wanted to charge me for them. They used to have great coffee but it's really gone down the tubes if you buy it black you're going to get nothing more than what tastes like burnt car tires if that's such a taste if you order it with cream and or sugar you will get more or less of each but you will not get what you ordered I don't know why they don't want to take time to get...
