Stopped in to grab 2 bowls and a regular at this location after debating on dinner. Not only was I impressed at the greeting, but I was also impressed by the staff working as a team so we'll. The shift lead, (manager?) was extremely attentive and offered solutions and assistance to his team during the orders that consistently printed. He encouraged conversation with myself and my mother who joined me, while still offering support to the team. The young woman who assisted him at the lobby facing line was also extremely kind and offered humorous and kind support to her fellow staff to keep the mood upbeat and resolve the stress of the rush. Our food was absolutely delicious, and made spot on according to how we ordered. This was my first time trying a Jersey Mikes in my life and I’m 34 years old. I’ve been really sick of all chains in general. I keep hearing this uptick and raves about Jersey Mikes in general. Get the #12 etc.

I could not have been happier, might be the only chain left that actually is serving a product with quality that is worth paying. I’m not sure if it was this specific store or not but a young gentleman Jeremy gave me a complete overview of his favorites and took into consideration what we were looking for.

I was beyond happy with our sandwiches- it even got my daughter to branch out and eat a full sandwich as we ordered it meat cheese lettuce tomato and condiment- She’s 3 years old.

This location is one of the worst Jersey Mikes I been to & I am from NY. Short staff, very dirty & out of the four people that was working that day, only one of them changed their glove frequently. The cashier was cutting meat, ringing customers out, wiping the counter all with the same gloves & never changed them the whole 45 minutes my husband & I was waiting for our two simple sandwiches. Within that wait the guy that was on the stove in the back coughed and sneezed directly on the stove where he was making the food and acted as if nothing happened. That was one of the most unsanitary disgusting things I ever seen at a fast food place. We called it quits and asked for our money back.
