The only reason for 4 stars for food is lack of ample toppings. Even after getting extra toppings, almost feels like there are not toppings on my pizza. The pizza is yummy-licious though.

Parking is plenty, they have an exclusive lot, its not shared by the shopping...

I ordered online and did a pick up order. When I arrived at Papa Gino’s I paid my almost $50 bill . They gave me part of my order and told me I was all set . I could tell that there was not enough food so I checked everything. I was missing a breadstick order . They told me it would only be a few minutes. After 10 mins of waiting I asked if they could put my food that was ready into the warmer while I wait because it was taking a lot longer then a few mins like they said . After another 10 mins I had to ask the female employee if it was ready she then walked around the back and came back with the breadsticks. I live 5 mins away and when I got home to feed my family EVERYTHING was COLD ! Even the breadsticks that took forever to get ! Pizza cold, breadsticks cold , tenders cold, wings cold ! Me and my wife order from here all the time and its always hit or miss ! Tonight we ordered a very simple order and it was horrible . Steak and Cheese with extra Cheese and toasted ravioli and the steak and cheese was horrible the steak was burnt and there was no cheese on it at all and we paid for extra cheese !!! The toasted rav was also way over cooked and had hardly any cheese filling inside due to the fact that they were over cooked and the cheese must have came out of the middle and the cost of this horrible meal was $28.01 for 2 burnt steak and cheese subs with extra cheese even though neither sub had cheese at all and a large toasted rav which also over cooked with no cheese !
