PieZoni's Pizza — Restaurant in Plainville

UPDATE: I was contacted by someone named Emily from this Piezoni's, she wanted to reach out to discuss my review. She asked for my phone number (which I provided in my email back to her) Guess what, no response, no phone call. I guess a customers complaint isn't important enough to follow up on. Never again.

We have ordered from this Piezonis 4 times and all 4 times in addition to pizza we have ordered a Ceasars salad and added mild Buffalo chicken to it and all 4 times they have failed to get it right. Same mistake everytime, they give us a regular salad with buffalo chicken with Ceasar dressing. Everytime we call we have them repeat the salad back to us to make sure they got it right but somewhere someone is not paying attention. Also, the pizza the first time was very good, but lately it is very soggy and very greasy, like it's undercooked. After the 3rd time we weren't going to order from there anymore but gave it one more try, should have stuck with 3 strikes and your out. Funny how reading the reviews of this place, only the good ones...

Was craving pizza and had a 15% coupon for pick up only. I ordered a buffalo chicken calzone, and a Maui pizza. Service: picked up the pizza and girl at the counter was not hospitable or welcoming and wouldn’t except my coupon because she said “I’d have to re-ring the order and you can use it for the next order”. Food: calzone was dry, cheese was chewy, not enough sauce, and was very bland. I paid for blu cheese and didn’t receive it. Maui pizza was underwhelming and I had to add Siracha to make it better. It is hard to find food made with love these days… I’d make way better myself at home. I will not be back to this...

Ordered here for the first time last night. Went to pick up, they forgot something in my order and I was super polite about having to wait. However, the female staff is so rude! After I paid, I left change in the tip jar. She then dumped my change in her hand, laughed, and put it in her pocket and went back to gossip with the other female worker. Then when it was time to get my food, she handed it to me and didn't even wait until I was out of the door before pointing and laughing as I walked away. So unprofessional! Probably won't go back...
