The pizza is very tasty. Although it may be helpful to know if you order eggplant it will be black edged and dry in a way the staff would call crispy, and I would call burnt as the flavor had a burnt taste. The service is relatively friendly if you don't mind being called pet names continuously. If you have complaints and feedback there is a chance you will be received with defensiveness that borders on gaslighting, scolding and customer blaming rather than taking responsibility, and being open to learning about their customers preferences for the future. During my third try with this new establishment in town, I decided to make an online order with delivery request to avoid the front desk staff. Unfortunately using this method, they forgot to add one of the toppings I paid for. I did not report the error to the restaurant based on how poorly I was received the last time I communicated. On a positive sidenote the delivery driver was kind and professional. This restaurant has only been open for 10 months. Perhaps there is a learning curve and this establishment will eventually prize customers willing to communicate important feedback for their growth. I recently visited Plainville Pizzeria, recently opened,and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! The firewood pizza was absolutely delicious—crispy crust, fresh ingredients, and that perfect smoky flavor you can only get from a wood-fired oven. Every bite was bursting with flavor, and you could tell they use high-quality ingredients.
