Suka Poke — Restaurant in Southington

New review (mar-june 2025): Food is still good, but service has dropped off significantly.

Over the last 3 orders, I have placed them an hour in advance only to come to the store and finding they didn't even start. Adding more frustration, instead of making up the delay, other customers are serviced as they walk in over an already delayed pick up order. The lack of consistency loses me as a future customer. Because this didn't change over 3 separate orders over a course of a few months - it clearly isn't a priority...just FYI if you place pick up orders, be ready for a long wait.

They are under new management and unfortunately it shows. The quality of the food seems similar, but the portions are all over the place. The mixed ins are cut in many different sizes, meaning, you could have a small chopped onion or you could have an over powering large one. At one point I had a cucumber that barely fit in my mouth. They didn’t seem to know what some of the toppings actually were and I had to explain it to them. Then they didn’t know how to work the register. Unfortunately it wasn’t the same experience and quality I have had previously. I would avoid this place for the time being until they figure out how to run the place. Yesterday me and a few of my colleagues stop here cause it was raining so bad and it cold and they were so kind to let us get up out of the rain we then stayed here pretty much the entire time until it was time to go back to office and we order right through the time we were at the shop the guy at the front was so kinda and friendly food was good the boba was amazing we tried the soup and the spam musbui I think that’s how it’s spelled lol I don’t know the environment was clean and so beautifully decorated it was amazing love it definitely a 10/10 for me .
