I usually never write bad reviews over one issue, but I truly am frustrated I spent my last five dollars till next week for this. I just came here two days ago and this had the normal amount. I usually go to taco Casa all the time so I know when there’s a good amount and when there’s barely any. I will never go back there in the morning, usually night crew does not put this little cheese, meat or sour cream on it. I paid five dollars for these to have half of my chips have no cheese on them, barely any sour cream, and barely any meat. On top of that I asked her to fill my sweet tea ice to the line for the soda and when I got my tea there was maybe 10 pieces of ice in it, which I know isn’t possible if they fill it to that line because every time I’ve gotten into that line there’s always at least 1/3 a cup left the ice. I paid $.89 for meat and $.49 for sour cream. I went back to the drive-through and asked her if this is what they’re normally supposed to put on there and she said yes, then I was told that it would be $1.93 for extra cheese. I’m not gonna pay more than I paid for my tea for some cheese that should’ve already been on there. The 2nd pic is...
Read moreI am totally not sure how this particular establishment is still operating. This franchise should be ashamed of themselves for serving the food the way they do. Taco Casa should not allow them to use their name. They do not operate like your normal Taco Casa's. My husband and I love are Taco Casa, and no matter what location we go to, they are always the same. This place here, the Nacho chips look like cinnamon toast crunch, nothing like a nacho chip should look like, the taco meat did not have a taco meat taste (tex mex) and the bean burrito let me tell you, they had to roll the tortilla a few times to make it look more like a thin taquito. First time and last time ever going there. Only stopped there because I was in the Plano area, and figured hey I am in a nice area why not. So please do not waste your time. For those who wrote a good review, try a different Taco Casa then see if you still feel the same way. The lady (possible owner). Tried telling me that their food is made the same way as all the...
Read moreI usually never write bad reviews over one visit but I truly am frustrated I stopped at this Taco Casa location on Friday around 1 PM. I usually go to Taco Casa all the time in Grapevine and Lewisville so I know when there’s great food and service. I will never go back to this location. Received what I call weak tacos with little cheese, meat lettuce on it. Additionally service was bad. I realize the drive thru was 6-7 cars long but I was 1 person inside the store and there were 5 people working inside - 4 on production line - only 1 taking orders and she would not leave the window to take my order. Finally one of the ladies on production came to take my order but just shoved a bag of my 2 weak tacos at me and without a thanks or smile. Didn’t observe the production line busting their a* to fill orders in fact they were taking their time so there’s no excuse for poor service and weak tacos. Grapevine and Lewisville locations are amazing and do a fantastic job...
