will avoid this location at all cost. I usually order from the Domino's next to fuzzy's, since this place is opened up new and closer to my house my delivery order automatically went to this new location. the pizzas were just basically bread. usually it takes under 20 mins (from location next to fuzzy's 4120 W 15th St 101 #101, Plano, TX 75093) but this new location took over 90 mins i even drove to the store to find out what's going on as nobody would pickup my phone and i couldn't even cancel the order, and found out the delivery guy has just left, i went back home to find out nobody had still come and about 15 mins later someone delivered it and left, we didn't get our order right, so i had to go back to store to return these wrong orders and get new one made as we couldn't cancel the order. worst experience ever and waste of a lot of time. also while i was there i could hear new orders swarming in like every other second! seems they have a glitch in the system and all orders were being routed to this new location. seems they're gonna have lot of bad reviews soon.
Overall, to summarize, I paid delivery fee + tip so i don't have to go out, but i ended up driving to this store twice! no one picks ups the phone here tried calling 5 times but will just get connect to a bot and then it automatically...
Read moreHorrible experience today and will not be back. Did a carry out order and when I got home the pizza looked like it was dropped on the floor. I ordered a pan and the dough was not thick. I went back to the store and asked could they remake because it looked sloppy and the crust did not rise like a normal pan crust. I talked to Preston who said he was one of the managers. He was completely rude and condescending. He told me if I didn’t want to keep the pizza that was “my problem”. He then proceeded to tell me “well I canceled the order”. I asked for a receipt showing I was refunded and he said again condescending you don’t have The original receipt I gave you. I said, of course I have the original receipt but usually when you refund someone’s payment method, they get a receipt showing it has been refunded. He proceeds to print out a receipt and throws it at me. After ordering from this location, several times, literally the same pizza every time this is the worst service I’ve ever had and I not be back. To be treated that way from a “manager” is absolutely horrendous. I would like a reply from the true manager, GM or someone at corporate. I have never been my life been treated that way at...
Read moreI order from Dominos often, the exact same thing every time. I recently moved from little elm, and they always got my order right there. One to two times per week I ordered food at the Eldorado location. My first night in my new house in plano, I ordered from this location, by selecting from "see recent pizzas" on the site and making no modifications. A large pepperoni and bacon, with extra sauce. Not only was it $1.69 more expensive than the other location, they were extremely stingy with the toppings and sauce. I gave them another chance a couple weeks later, same thing. Fast forward an entire 2 months to today, I was in a rush, and ordered the EXACT same thing I always do. Not only were they stingy with the toppings, I got literally 0 sauce, when the "extra" was definitely selected. Unless they make it right, I will not be ordering here again. It has been increasingly disappointing. To add to it, everyone I've talked to so far here have been sort of awkward and unpleasant.
