I was shocked at how much the guy skimmed on the meat-the guy making my order barely put in 4-5 extremely tiny pieces of chicken- and there was an extra charge for meat- not like it was included in the pasta! It took over 15 minutes just to order, then another 8 minutes after my order was ready just to pay. If I’m not getting fresh food (meatball pocket), why am I waiting to pay? On top of that, it seemed like the staff couldn’t listen or hear anything the customers were saying. I had to repeat myself two to three times for each employee.
