I would give 100000 stars if I could. First I just want to say... Laveen (I may be spelling this wrong) & Logan are seriously the sweetest people I have ever met in the service industry. I've been coming to this location since I started my medical job in February. I was a high volume bartender for clubs previously for 8 years. These 2 morning staff MAKE MY MORNING everyday!!! To the point I'm sad the days I can't make it in! I cannot thank them enough for being the people they are!
For the 1 star reviewers & the rude customers I've experienced in my time coming... I encourage you to take into consideration the fact that it is usually one of them working in the morning and sometimes both of them... 6+ customers at any given time in line while they not only.... take you & everyone elses order, check you out, warm your food, and also make your coffee... while your typical Starbucks has multiple people for each job... please be more kind and considerate as they are doing their best to make everyones things in a timely manner. The world needs more...
Read moreMy recent visit to the Starbucks inside my local Kroger left me thoroughly disappointed. While waiting in line, I observed one employee having a pleasant interaction with a customer, which was a good start. When we got home, we realized that our latte had no sugar at all, despite our clear request. Additionally, the banana loaf was stale. This experience is unfortunately not unique; we've encountered incorrect orders, poor customer service, and bad food here multiple times. Additionally, it's also very expensive. I would advise against visiting...
Read moreI normally have a decent experience hence the two stars instead of one. But this morning 5/16/24, I walked in with nobody in line and stood there for 4 minutes with no greeting (feels like forever when you're just standing there). Looks like he was making drinks for customers that could've been shopping? Understandable. But a simple, "I'll be with you soon" would have made the worlds difference. With needing to get to work in a timely manner, I expected to have at least ordered by then but after so long I just couldn't stand around. Not to mention it does take time to make the drink. I wound up leaving without ordering because I was simply dissatisfied with the lack of service. I work in customer service and completely understand if you have your hands full, but acknowledging my existence would...
