Well, when the delivery driver got to our house I was presented with a $25.30 bill. I had the $22.62 cash ready with a $5.00 tip to the driver.

Online is states free delivery with $15.00 purchase. Was charged a $1.00 for delivery fee on the cash receipt.

$3.00 x-tra for shrimp lo-mein instead of fried rice. Received 3 little shrimp in my lo-mein. Expected more for paying $3 bucks possibly 6 shrimp? But no wait, there's more. Online it's $3 bucks, the paper receipt showed $3.50.

Also, $2.00 for Chicken lo-mein upgrade from fried rice online, $3.00 on the cash receipt.

Wife states her Cashew Chicken tasted totally diffrent. They also didn't cook the cashews in with the Chicken and veggies like before.

My General Tso Chicken was bland with very little spice. Tasted different from what I received in the past as well.

The driver called "his boss" and she could not understand what I was saying. I asked her 3 times do I pay the amount on the website order or the receipt? She kept saying just pay (which amount do I pay) and kept saying sorry I'll let the manager know to update the website. She finally said pay the receipt amount. I'd figure she would say to pay the online order amount since the screwup from not updating their website.

We have dined in or had delivery from Jade since 2012. I know they've changed owners a few times, but this time is the last time we get Jaded from Jade. Jade no more and we plan on looking for a new Chinese...

I go occasionally if I have a taste for General Tso Chicken and sometimes Pepper Steak. The portions are huge and despite the place being stinky, dingy & unclean looking I take my orders to go. On my last visit the I ordered 2 orders of general tso chicken, with 1 with fried rice, 1 steam rice and an order of chicken wings. Needless to say the portions that I got for both orders looked and felt like they split from 1 order. The chicken wings were very different for what they use to serve. They used to look like mama's fried chicken wings you use to get at home and now they are these small pieces with hardly any meat and fried with tons of batter! The fried rice is not all fried, it always looks like they add some white/steam rice to stretch the fried rice. They are sooooo cheap when it comes to giving condiments to go with your meal. For example, if you ask for the REAL hot mustard (not the crap in the packets) the one they have in the small plastic cups in their refrigerator case, you may have to go through an inquisition, and don't ask for more than one even when you have 2 or more orders! They start threatening to charge you for it the next time. The prices are good and some of the food that I've had is not bad, but they are cheap as hell and they are now cutting back even more. It's bad enough that I have lowered my standards to eat some cheap Chinese food from time-to-time but I not going to spend my hard earned $$$ for food that looks and tastes just as bad as the decor! Too much...

Update. I tried this place again after terrible customer service.... and this time I got maggots in my food. 🤢🤮 They asked me to send them a picture and their response was they would send out some more or they could give me a credit for next time. YEAH RIGHT. There won't ever be a next time.

I loved this place until they took almost 2 hours to deliver my food. When I called them to cancel the order they told me he was about to be there. I told them I didn't want the food I just wanted my money back. They kept arguing with me. The guy shows up and I told him I didn't want the good anymore then he argued with me. I finally took the food instead of getting my money back. When I checked my order it was wrong and it was cold. I understand people have off days but when I called in about it they said they would deliver the correct order instead of refunding my money. I didn't feel like arguing so u told them I will review them and never order from them again. I was a customer for over 10 years. Like I said I get having a bad day but not trying to fix the problem is ridiculous. My other complaint is they don't put enough meat in the Mongolian beef. It's basically 3/4 ths onion. I get my Chinese food from China ocean. They may not have the rewards that jade palace does but the food is good every time, they put a lot of meat, and when they messed up an order one time they fixed...
