Good stuff. Extra large pizza was slightly thicker than super thin crust. The dough still hasn't chewiness to it as well as being thick enough to support the toppings and sauce. Good toppings. Reminds me of a Detroit style pizza. Pizza layered with cheese and toppings, then half dollar sized circles of sauce all over the pizza. In some cases it could be a southern style. Chicago deep dish. Sauce was very much a great quality for me. I appreciate that. Was not a sweet sauce, but a savory one. It did not take away from the pizza, especially when you got a large bite of mostly sauce. The sauce was sprinkled with parmesan, which probably aided in its saltiness. I know at some point I'm going to have to stop eating all of this pizza otherwise it will be gone. However, my taste buds are screaming for more! Will definitely be back for other flavors. Always want to try to go with a standard to go to pizza for a new place to try. I remember hearing of the name of this place coming up as a kid in Florida. And did not disappoint. Shout out to the chefs working late tonight. Great...

Growing up in a town with a Gatti’s & games, we would drive there on friday's for lunch and scarf as much pizza, ranch and blue power aid as possible before the bell rang.
I went to this location which just serves pizza, as an Adult I appreciate that it doesn't have games the downsides of masses of kids.
Having not had this in about 15 years I just needed to see if it was the same as the good ole days. I was not disappointed, the sauce, the cheese and oh even the crust was pristine as a memory could be!
The price is more than fare a large 1T was 10 bucks, they didn't even pressure me to leave a tip, just have me a copy of my receipt.
Having this was greatly enjoyed and I will be returning. If you liked Gatti’s as a Kid the you have a place to reincarnate that flavor to its exactness.
Well done...
Read moreMr Gatti's at Park and Coit Rds is a good quality chain that uses fresh topping ingredients. And the dough tastes fresh. Can do pickup or delivery for a fair price. More importantly for me is they do not use Soybean oil or Soy flour in their tomato sauce or pizza dough, nor add Monosodium Glutamate (MSG) to their pizza dough or tomato sauce, ALL of which I am VERY ALLERGIC to ingesting. Sadly other chains' food products cook with (very unhealthy for men by the way) soybean oil & soy flour because it is so CHEAP (farmers receive gov subsidies to grow soybeans.). (In my layman's view, soy products are NOT healthy hormonally for anyone to ingest, unless you are a menopausal woman who needs lots...
