Shake Shack Park and Preston — Restaurant in Plano

I don't know where all of these bad reviews are coming from--in fact, this Shake Shack is in Plano, TX and not Florida like some of the other reviews mention--but this Shake Shack is delicious. It sounds like an incorrect data mine from Google Maps?

I'm glad a Shake Shack moved closer to me. The food here is sublime. Don't let the higher price on this food deter you; it's well worth it. Everything you eat here will be cooked so well in a technical sense. The burger has that wonderful crispy smash burger crust that many other burger joints lack. The chicken sandwich has a wonderful light crispy crunch to the outside. The cheese fries are extraordinarily crunchy in spite of being crinkle cut fries (which will win over even those who normally don't like this type of fries, such as me). In general, everything here is cooked to order and seasoned perfectly, so the food all comes out hot, fresh, and delectable.

Despite being quite busy on opening day today, every worker was attentive and made sure to meet the all of the customer's needs. Really exemplary service from the staff.

Edited: The Preston location is terrible with mobile orders. This is the second time this has happed to me. I ordered through app with pick up. I checked the receipt on the bag this time to confirm my order and when I got home I realized they got my order wrong again! So I had to drive all the way back to the Preston location to get them to correctly do my order.

ALWAYS check your order at this location: Ordered through the app for drive through pick up. I should have taken my own advice. Provided both my name and car color/type. Arrived at the drive through provide my name and the the guy gives me my order. I get home and realize it’s not my order the receipt on the bag even had a different name and car type and color. I called back and explain I was given the wrong order, the lady said they will make me a new order I get there and the same guy hands me a bag (with the same time stamp on the receipt) I asked him before I leave if my order was fresh, he said yes and the burgers were COLD. I will now drive extra miles just to go to the Irving/ Las Colinas location because this location is really bringing down the quality of...

We recently revisited the Shake shack on Preston and Park. We ate their initially when it opened And the food was good, however, I’m not sure what happened, but it has declined significantly. I ordered the shake chicken sandwich, my son ordered the double shake burger, and my husband ordered a regular burger. When the food came out, my son’s hamburger was so greasy and the bun was full of butter and grease. The burger itself was almost not edible. I had to ask for another bun without grease, because the one That came with my son’s burger didn’t even barely cover the burger and was covered in disgusting grease. I have pictures below to show how bad it was. You would expect for almost the $52 that we paid that we could get a meal that was edible. I am very disappointed in the quality of the food. I feel like it has gone downhill since it first open. I don’t know if it was just a bad day, but definitely enough to make us never go back. My chicken sandwhich was saturared in oil.
