This is definitely one of the most disappointing experiences I've had thus far at a Smoothie King location and will probably NEVER visit or recommend this location again or at all. First, walking in and going to the order line where no one was waiting but an employee was standing, she nor her counterpart bothered to acknowledge me or anyone else that walked in. Now, the most basic, elementary, first rule of thumb for customer service/sales is to greet the customer within the first 30 seconds. One is much more patient to wait should this rule be followed. However, standing within a foot of the young lady at the register, it was not until I practically stared a hole in her head did she offer a short "hello." I finally place my order, pay with the app using a reward for a free new- addition-to-the-menu smoothie that was good for that day only. Two more people walk in and another complains about her drink and asks to have it remade. After waiting longer than anyone of these patrons that placed their orders AFTER mine of which was the smallest order, I brought it up to the staff. The young lady that had began my order left it for the other one to pour and when I made my comment of still not receiving my drink even after people that ordered theirs after me, I was met with a "she had to mix it 5 times, it's a new drink." NO APOLOGY FOR WAITING. Yet, as i mentioned, the drink had just been sitting there to be poured into the cup! To add insult to injury, the drink was STILL not mix properly and contained several ice shards that were not blended. Read moreI ordered a pick up order today at this location and was on time upon picking up order I noticed the smoothies were really watery but I was in a rush since I was lunch break. I didn’t even get half way to my destination and the smoothie slid through the cups and smoothie was all on the outside of the cup .so I call the location and request them to be remade and I will pick them up she insisted that I bring the smoothies which is fine since I didn’t drink either of them . From there I get there and the worker and telling me she can’t replace both mind you I said I wanted both replaced or just give me a refund she then got smart and said you want a refund or for me to remake them . I said remake the she seems to not know how to make the mango ginger smoothie and makes 2 smoothies of strawberry peanut butter plus . Knowing that’s not what I ordered .I take the smoothies because once again I’m on a time crunch . I have already put in feedback and contacted corporate and am waiting on an update. Read moreI usually have an uneventful experience at this location. Unfortunately tonight it wasn't good. I received a e-gift card. I'm wasn't familiar with how to use it. I presented my e- gift card and the attendant scan my bar code. She received an error message stating the card not found. I said, I'm sorry I don't know how this suppose to work. What do I need to do? She stated, I don't know. She wasn't rude, but she wasn't helpful either. She repeated the total and I said I don't won't it. I said I want to use my gift card so once I figure out how to make it work I'd return. I went to my car searched the Smoothie King website and finally figured it out. I didn't go back in that location I drove to another location a few miles away and made my purchase. Which was uneventful.
