This is rather disheartening because this would be the second time experiencing this in two different restaurants, but here we go: I placed an order to go VIA phone, had a pleasant exchange with the hostess, we got the order correct and placed it. Told her I was on the road looking for parking but will be there in the restaurant soon. I arrived at the restaurant, there were two hostesses in front, the hostess I spoke with and someone else, she said my order will be ready in about 10 minutes and I can wait at the bar, so I did. So I waited, waited and waited.... as I waited I happened to look down at the end of the bar where I saw a pizza box, and another bag sitting there. Was that my order? I didn't know, was it up to me to go back there and ask? I think not. Someone dropped the ball. So, a well dressed man came up to me and asked if I were being helped, and I said yes, I was, but I don't know what happened. I told him that I placed an order to go, and gave him my name. The gentleman went to the end of the bar where I saw the pizza box and a bag, looked at the receipt, saw my name and brought it up to me. The sad part about that is I was there over 20 minutes, other workers there passed that area where my order just sat and none took the initiative to even ask who the order belongs to. The way I see it, the hostess forgot about me while yapping to the other hostess, and the other nit wits were hanging out by the kitchen/ bar area yapping while my order sat at the bar.... Anyway, nice place and environment, but if you are ordering to go, stay on top of those kids working there, if not be ready for a wait longer than usual. And if you are going to hire people, hire responsible ones that take their work seriously and not just hang out...

HORRIBLE PLACE AND STAFF! We went there for dinner and when my wife received her dish something fell from above onto her plate and splattered all over her blouse and completely ruined her meal, blouse and her evening all together!!! We asked the waiter what was that about and he was very nonchalant in his response stating that's condensation which makes me believe that someone else has the same problem before.Asked to speak with the manager and he, to my surprise, had the same exact response!!!! Well, if you're having issues with condensation falling from above into your patrons plates, for the all the good healthy reasons you need to have the condensation issues fixed!!! When I decided not to leave a tip on the bill because of the horrible experience that we've had, the waiter started calling us names in Spanish, got news for you sir, maybe not speaking enough Spanish, yet again when you are calling people names you shouldn't expect to be treated any other way!!!!On the other hand there's no law to tell you that you are entitled to a tip.Tip is TOTALLY at the discretion of the patrons of your establishment and if they feel that the service they've received is worth a tip and in your case IT WAS NOT WORTH IT!!!! Not coming to a restaurant to enjoy a meal and COMPLETELY ruined our entire evening, needless to say that we are not going to be back at this place for no reason!!! We didn't even received a lousy "We're sorry!" or some any other sort of apology which makes it even more difficult to understand on how they can operate in such a regardless manner! Wish I could give it a -5 star because that's what they deserve for the way they are dealing with this matter and their...

Reservations at 4:15 on a Sat, was perfect timing. Manager was nice and friendly however we were given 2 different menus. My husband and I had Brunch menus and my daughters received Dinner menus. After looking it over for 15 mins we notified the waitress and kindly brought us dinner menus. All this taking longer to order. Service was good. Waitress was polite, but was too finicky she kept wiping our table and changing out our silverware - made us feel that we were messy children eating. She didn’t tell us the specials we had to ask- after we decided what we wanted 15 mins later she told us they no longer had the riblet special- so back to square one. Luckily we weren’t in a hurry. It was my birthday and we got there early. We wanted to enjoy the evening with our daughters. Disappointed in the bruschetta- don’t serve it with focaccia sticks. It should be served on sliced baguette bread. One bit with all ingredients together. I felt like I was eating a tomato salad. Panzerotti- was a strange antipasti- the combination of fried ravioli with mozzarella, tomato, basil with....tartar sauce? WAY too oily! My fault for not asking any questions. The seafood ravioli was good. Pizza just average. Alfredo sauce tasted like it was store bought. My salmon was over cooked but the pasta with mushrooms, capers and fresh spinach was delicious. We had tiramisu for dessert, delish! The patio is the best place to sit. Not over crowed and you can cuddle in the booth seats. Too expensive for what we had and with all the disappointments. All the hype around Legacy West you’ve got to be on point in all areas. Re evaluate, re train and make changes if you’re wanting to compete at...

On 1/18/2023 myself, my wife and my son came for dinner for the very first time. My wife is a local doctor in the area and I recently moved from Florida to Texas with my minor son. Tonight we came to celebrate that with my wife’s coworker’s and their wife’s and husbands. Me my wife and son arrived first along with my wife’s colleague and we were seated immediately. About ten minutes in the rest of my wife’s colleagues arrived and everyone began to order drinks. However the drink orders were taken but the waiter skipped over me and my wife. Very strange but we took it as he might had forgotten to ask. Once the waiter returned with everyones drinks we kindly asked to place our drink orders. My wife ordered hers (no request for ID) I then ordered mines and was immediately told by the waiter “I’m sorry can I see your ID sir” my self and everyone else looked backed in shock wondering if he had really asked for it. (No one at the table was asked for ID when they all placed their drink orders) I kindly replied back asking was he just requesting my ID specifically? He answered “I’m sorry yes only you, I was told to ask for your ID” now everyone at the table is in complete shock as I took my ID out of my wallet to provide it too him. Mind you I’m the oldest person at the table! Never mind the fact I came in with my wife and ten year old son! Everyone at the table was in complete shock and lost for words. It’s sad to say my long dreads and dark skin color played a factor but it did! Never mind asking everyone else at the table for ID who all CLEARLY look much younger than me! Truly disgusted with this entire situation.
