I recently had the opportunity to visit the Tesla showroom located in Legacy West, and I must say it was an informative and enjoyable experience from start to finish. While this review focuses solely on the showroom itself and not the cars, I was impressed by the overall ambiance, informative displays, and knowledgeable staff.
First and foremost, the showroom had a modern and sleek design that complemented the innovative nature of Tesla's electric vehicles. The layout was well thought out, allowing visitors to explore and interact with the various displays in a comfortable and inviting setting. The use of cutting-edge technology, coupled with minimalist aesthetics, further enhanced the overall experience.
The informative displays at the Tesla showroom were a standout feature. Each vehicle on display had a wealth of information available, showcasing their key features, specifications, and performance capabilities. It was a delight to learn about Tesla's commitment to sustainability, advanced autopilot technology, and the overall benefits of electric transportation. The displays effectively conveyed the message of Tesla's vision and the positive impact their cars can have on the environment.
What truly made the visit exceptional was the knowledgeable staff. The Tesla showroom representatives were passionate about the brand and well-versed in the intricacies of Tesla vehicles. They were more than willing to answer any questions I had, patiently explaining technical details and providing insights into the electric vehicle industry. Their expertise and enthusiasm made the experience both informative and engaging.
Moreover, the staff members were not pushy or aggressive in their sales approach. They understood that visiting the showroom was primarily an opportunity for customers to explore and gather information. This made the entire experience more relaxed and enjoyable, allowing visitors to truly appreciate the innovative technology and design of Tesla vehicles.
In conclusion, my visit to the Tesla showroom at Legacy West was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The showroom's modern ambiance, informative displays, and knowledgeable staff contributed to a memorable and informative outing. Whether you are a Tesla enthusiast, an electric vehicle enthusiast, or simply curious about the future of transportation, I highly recommend paying a visit to this showroom. It offers a fantastic opportunity to learn about Tesla's commitment to sustainability and experience their cutting-edge electric vehicles in a comfortable and welcoming...
Read moreMy sister, brother, and I had planned to visit the Tesla Showroom- 7500 Windrose Avenue Space B185, Plano, TX 75024 to purchase our Teslas. I quickly knew I would not be making a purchase after 6 minutes passed and no staff Acknowledgement. At 8 minutes, I asked for assistance to be told, "I'm not available, but maybe he is," as the Tesla staff pointed at an African American Tesla staff member despite no customers being present. The recommended Tesla staff assisted my siblings and me at the 15-minute mark. The Tesla staff was knowledgeable but did handle us in a rush manner as he stated when we were just about to test drive the vehicle, "I have to get back into my other customers." I thought to myself - "Where the h double hockey sticks were the customer service when my African American sister, brother, and I had to stand in the showroom for 15- minutes before and ask for service? Rewind backward, I just remembered before we went out for the test drive, there was an Asian mother, father, and child. The Tesla staff member Arrington assisting us, quickly acknowledged their presence while working with us and stopped to provide the Asian family with three complimentary bottles of water. I held my composure, but I could clearly feel and see the microaggressions and lack of acceptance and respect.
Unsurprisingly, we decided to take our high credit scores, financial wealth, and most importantly, our dignity, elsewhere. We headed to Park Place—Mercedes Benz, where the car sale representative Perla and Manager Scott were more than happy to assist us. Their commission for Labor Day Weekend looked great, thanks to us.
As a business owner, community advocate, and most importantly, a human being, I urge you to reconsider your business practices. Discrimination is not just unethical, it's damaging. I hope that this incident can serve as a catalyst for change within Tesla.
Shout out to Tesla employee Grace; she was so humble and kind. We learned that she works at the Southlake location and was just helping out at this location. She should be promoted to Public Relations Specialist to help this location even more.

Read moreThis place is almost equivalent to a Dodge Dealership. No one knows what to do. I could not get the correct information and what to do on my Tesla. Since my battery is completely dead, I can't drive the vehicle. So i have been trying for the last hour or so trying to get someone to help me out. Everyone keeps giving me the run around. Its a joke. I also asked to speak to a Manager and they say they dont have a manager? Then who is in charge???? You have kids answering these phone calls with no knowledge on what to do. Whomever is in charge... Do some training. No customer service at all. I mean i am a customer that is about to be spending money with you... And all on the phone call it seemed as if im bothering your reps that were talking to me. Like they wanted to get off the phone quick. So i am very disappointed and would love to hear back from WHOMEVER is in charge. You guys need some training on Customer Service and how to talk to your customers. Maybe you should be taking some notes from BMW dealership next door. They know what they are doing. Ill be waiting to hear back from you guys. Also this isn't spam email or a false review. I have a case number with Tesla they can look it up. 2018-Tesla Model...
