The worst chick-fill-a experience I’ve ever had. I placed a Mobile order for drive-through pick up, the same way that I have numerous times before and other locations. In the drive-through, they cannot find my order. I showed them my mobile app. I asked them is this the right address and they said yes I showed them my receipt. Does this look like an accurate receipt and they said yes, still no order. After maybe five minutes back-and-forth are you Michael M no, I am Michael G that is my name. They asked if I had items in my order that I did not I said no cause they’re not on my receipt as you can see that is not my order. Apparently they gave another Michael my order when we have a last initial and a vehicle description. I’m not sure how this can happen especially when I’m in a red truck and Michael M was in a silver Tesla Told me I’d have to pull around to the window to get it figured out Michael M was also at the window, ironically. I heard them apologizing to him, asking if they could give him something to make up for it and bring my order out with an extra cup of water. Here’s your order. I said I didn’t order a cup of water and I was questioned. Are you sure? Yes, I’m sure it’s not on the receipt that you guys have looked at seven times already. He offered to let me keep the cup of water, free of charge, How generous.
No sense of urgency from any employee only giggles and half hearted “sorry“. No Resemblance of leadership anywhere to be found. By far the most disorganized and worst service I have ever received at a Chick-fil-A hands-down. Plant city Chick-fil-A, I will...
Read moreI understand they are new and busy. We have never waited more than 10 mins or so on an order. However this particular day we waited over 30(nearly 40 mins) Several crew and managers or higher up employees were all around. Not once did someone check on us. I had to inquire about our order 3 times before finally getting it. The first time we were waiting on soup. The second time it was almost ready..and the third it was found in the pick up mobile order area when i asked for a manger. We ordered 3 meals, 2 with shakes and one cup of chicken noodle. Shakes were gone of course by the time we finally got our food. So I asked for 2 waters. Not sure who was expediting but at least 3 employees knew we had been waiting a long time at my second inquiry. Yet I still had to go looking for our food a third time. No real apology, just a basic excuse it was put in the wrong area. Told food still seemed hot, after getting it all out of the bag I realized the fries on the bottom were barely warm. So again, I returned to the counter for fresh fries. Again, no real apology and never was greeted by the manager who found our order or any other manager/ supervisor. I totally get getting backed up, especially with a new store. I've opened several myself. However I was very disappointed in getting no conversation with a general manager or supervisor to at least give a genuine...
Read moreThought would try the new one in Plant City and was disappointed especially when found the husband of owner is a retired Navy. I was told they do NOT honor military discount. Asked to make sure phone and owner name on receipt. They were extremely slow and took longer than expected with only 1 vehicle ahead. Asked the girl meeting me and gave my tea. Manager came up showing Mrs Redmon and store number. Asked if could help and told him disappointed no military discount. Said has seen Mr Scott give man in uniform 50% off. Told him I cannot wear a uniform and my husband is in Bushnell. Said 10% is customary military and places honoring seniors. Told him only Chic Filet within 15 miles of Valrico on 60 give 10% and the new on Fowler. My bill is $9.91 at 60 at your place was $10.05. I did leave a message for Redmon but nothing yet. I did get my food and was hot. Told him happy tell everyone, not and will make sure everyone knows why. Cost of my business due to Pennie’s today. I will let Mr Jeff know on 60 in speed and his service to the military still #1 in my eyes. Nice way to treat a veteran...
