I was here for work but included my family on this trip. We really enjoyed our stay. I had did mobile check in but when I got to property I asked front desk guest services to switch room because I had small child with me and she agreed without hesitation. Fresh cookies at the front desk every afternoon. I appreciated that. The property was very clean, our room was bigger than I expected for double beds. Accommodations were met. Megan and Barbara did an excellent job with breakfast every morning! I was impressed with how clean the area was , food was stocked up, and their smiles everyday! They both actively cleaned the tables and area after each guest. Please make sure to recognize your staff for everything they're doing to keep the property clean and safe. I plan to visit again during leisure time.

I love TownePlace Suites, and this one in Plant City did not disappoint. The room was spacious, modern and comfortable. The full-size kitchen is just wonderful. Front desk staff were nice. The only weird thing was the front door is locked in the middle of the night, and you have to ring the bell. As a female coming in from work at 3 am it was nerve-wracking to not see anyone at front desk and me just standing there waiting. Although this seemed like a relatively safe area it is next to the freeway and behind a gas station, and it is Florida. There were transient people near the gas station earlier in the day, But other then that moment I did not ever feel unsafe. My suggestion is to pit that front door on a room key tap to open.

We thought this would be a nice "in-between" location for us, because we wanted to do Orlando sights, but also Clearwater beach, and stay in a spot between them. WOW! We underestimated the Florida I-4 traffic, that feels like it's 2.5 hours to get ANYWHERE. The hotel itself was fine, but it's also new, so we expected nothing but perfection. Room was fine, and staff were fine. But, never again at that location. I-4 Traffic is horrendous. We did a 4 day getaway and it felt like we spent 2 of the days stuck in I-4 traffic! Do not underestimate it. Only stay here if you are doing something right near it. That's just my opinion.

We stayed here for one night as it was half way between Orlando airport and our final destination (and we didn't want to drive the whole way after a long flight)||The hotel is very easy to find. The satnav took us to it easily and you can see the hotel from the road as you drive into the Wawa complex.||Check in was very quick and efficient, and the woman who helped us was very nice and friendly.||The room was very nice. Bit smaller than I expected but still had everything we needed.|Big bed, big TV, nice sofa area, desk, kitchen area and a very nice looking bathroom. Plenty of storage and hangers, and sockets (and USB) on both sides of the bed as well as on the desk area.||Also plenty of good lighting and free wi-fi.||Very good blackout blind as well as a net blind. And we heard no noise at all from our room.||We were at the back so had a really nice forest view with some water. So the room felt really private.||Breakfast was included and was good. Nothing special compared to other hotels we've stayed in but still good.|There was fried egg, sausage patties, biscuits, scones, warm packaged waffles, cereal and fruit.|Would have been nice to have some bread or bagels though.||Overall, we had a very nice one night stay here and I'd definitely recommend this hotel. We will probably stay here again when we are back...

I have stayed at a lot of hotels due to visiting family, leisure travel amd my daughter playing extremely competitive travel soccer for 9 years. This is hands down the nicest hotel I have stayed in. The location was super convenient- lots of dining options right within walking distance and a grocery store, too. A gas station basically on the other side of the parking lot. They had BBQ grills, which one of the teams used for a big team dinner. All rooms are equipped with a full size couch, a nice big closet with storage system built in, a full size fridge, coffee pot, stove top, and a workable kitchen. The bathroom was beautiful. HUGE shower. I was so impressed, as was my daughter. She took video of the room and put it on her snap story, that's how nice it was. The breakfast was not as over the top as some hotels, but given how bad the food still is at the other places, who cares?! They had really great coffee available downstairs at all times and the front desk staff was so sweet and accommodating (I made a mess as soon as we were walking in and she just cleaned it right up without making me feel like a bigger dingdong). I will be going back and encouraging our team to use this hotel as a first pick option when...

I'll start with the good, the hotel seemed clean and it is new so it looks great overall. The easy check in and no touch access from your phone was very convenient and Covid friendly. We had a small issue with the lights in the room and they sent someone upto fix it quickly. The staff was also friendly and helpful so the reason for my gripe has nothing to do with the staff at all. So, now to the negative part. We rented a king bed suite which is advertised as having a pull out bed. We got to the hotel pretty late in the day with two very tired kids to find out the pull out bed is really a ( what my daughter called), a fold out piece of cardboard. There were no sheets in the room for it so we had to call the front desk and go downstairs to get. In addition to that, our King size bed wasn't any better. My husband threw out his back from how hard the bed was and we ended up checking out the next evening to make a 4 hour drive back home so we can sleep on our own bed.

As a Marriott Bonvoy member, I'm pretty upset this hotel is labeled as a Marriott. I don't expect to sleep on cardboard at a Marriott hotel. At a minimum I expect to have...
