I asked if they had the Chicken Gordita Supreme and the girl said yes. When I got to the window I clarified again. When I got my order it was something else. I told her I asked for the Gordita Supreme and she told me they donāt have any such thing. I asked for my money back and they were annoyed I asked for my money back and the person at the register said I ordered the wrong thing and now want my money back. When I gave them my card back to refund me they actually charged me again and then refused to give me a receipt because they donāt know how to tear a receipt off of the machine and jammed it up. I told them I needed it as proof I was getting my money back. They refused to get it until I had them call a manager. The manager was so rude and was yelling at me through the phone while I tried to explain the situation. They kept saying āoh she doesnāt trust us that we are going to take her moneyā¦.ā I called my bank while sitting right there in the drive thru and my bank told them it was double charged and they still refused to believe it and acted like I was being difficult. Finally the manager asked how I wanted the refund processed and I said I would like cash back since I donāt trust them not to double charge me again. She yelled into the phone that wasnāt an option so I asked her why did she tell me to pick then. It was a terrible experience. I did end up getting most of my money back. Unfortunately for the past few months when i try to eat here 2-3 times a week for breakfast, more times than not i drive away frustrated and empty handed.
On the taco bell website as well as google the opening time is listed as 6:30am on Monday and 7am every other day. When i come by in the mornings shortly after open they often dont answer the intercom in a timely manner. I stop by taco bell to get a fast and tasty breakfast for cheap, not to wait 5+ minutes in a drive thru with no response. Usually i only give them about 60 seconds or so to respond however this morning i was behind another customer so i decided to wait it out. After 5 minutes of no response we both drove away.
If they would just have an order taker put on a headset right at open and tend to the drive thru then this would easily be a 5 star review.

When we returned to the lot we planed to go through the drive thru and order two meals. My wife went inside to use the restroom facilities prior to leaving. On her exit she was accosted by one of the Taco bell employees stating "I know you read that sign, you need to buy something or pay 50 cent." This publicly humiliated my wife. She told the employee how rude she was and give her 50 cent and we left without ordering anything because of the way my wife was treated. Today I called to speak to a manager to try and get some sort of an appoligy. After speaking to the manager she passed me off to the assistant manager who had no apologies for what had happened and hung up on me.
