Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Plantation

First off want to say two employees in there I think the names were Jose and Jenny made my visits there professional and made me want to come back .I must say out of the five times I’ve been here things seem strange. I’ve witnessed a short lady with light streaks in her hair giving attitude towards another employee who was asking about my order two times and she didn’t answer the whole time. Second time I’ve witnessed a man go ask an employee something only to go talk in private afterwards to this same lady ,just came off like an issue was trying to start due to the looks and actions afterwards. Your employees jose and Jenny put smiles on others faces I hope they stay there as to the rest of the employees it’s very weird and non professional energy from them . I only look now to deal with jose if he is there whenever I do come there or Jenny . They make you feel welcomed...

I am only posting this because this is my favorite Marco's Pizza and usually the staff is wonderful. I went to pick up a curbside order and Today the person who answered the phone was so sweet but you couldn't hear her over the manager in the background screaming and yelling on her personal phone. Even after she was asked to be quiet she wasn't, the girl at the counter was frazzled. I found out the name of the manager was Shanisa. After she was told that she needed to be quiet she took her phone call outside on the sidewalk and started screaming on her phone out there. Not a good atmosphere for public. And I don't think the employee should have to work under those conditions. AND I just felt really bad for the people that had to work with her.

I didn't make this review for anything else but to complain about her hoping that the owner...

This is my second time's visiting Marcos This is a brand new location that open about 4 weeks prior to me trying them per the host and I have to say this is my new fave pizza destination outside of Steve's Pizza in Miami I used to be a Papa John's girl until I discovered Marcos When I tell you I am obsessed This location particularly was super clean and welcoming The host a young girl with purple braids and another girl with a green hair we're super sweet The host even went above and beyond explaining the menu items and advising me a promotions the experience only got better after arriving home and trying the pizza that was made flawlessly if you have not tried Marcos this definitely should be the first location you tried for amazing chain pizza that's actually better than some legit...
