My kids had a great time at the playgrounds at this park. What's nice is they have a separate fenced in playground for children under 5 so they can play on an age appropriate structure without having to worry about the older kids knocking them down. The downside is while they have tire swings, they do not have regular swings for the kids. Also one of the slides in the older kids playground area is broken and they have ply board and a traffic cone with caution tape blocking it off which doesn't do much to deter the kids that don't understand as there's no signage. There's also a lot of grass area for the kids to play on, but you have to watch your children carefully as the older kids playground isn't fenced in and sits close to a major street with a lot of traffic. The ice cream trucks pull up on the street and double park to sell the ice cream, luring kids towards the heavily...

Brought my friend to the park for a 8 year olds birthday party. It turned out to be less smoky, not as hot, with a cool breese. They had decorated in pink with nice snacks cupcake and lots of drinks. The party was fun for everly one. This park is really nice with lots of grass, many areas for soccer and baseball, a tot yard for up to 5 yo and the bigger yard for older kids. The medium is soft chips under the equipment. The walkways are asphalt winding throughout the park,, easy for bikes and strollers. No problems with ducks/geese because there are no water areas. There is lots of shaded areas under tall redwoods and other trees. Near the front portion there are covered tables. You can bring your own chairs and tables for other shady areas. This park is well taken care of and cleaned, well maintained also many garbage cans, plus a clean large bathroom in the middle...

I visit this park every now and then to fly my drone. Other visitors at the park are usually friendly, until today. Some old geezer dude was sitting at one of the picnic tables giving me hard looks, but I ignore him. He then managed to scurry over to me and inform me that "those things are not allowed at this park". He was pointing to my drone. He told me that the police and park rangers have been notified of my actions. I continued to fly my drone for another 15 min. After which I packed up my drone. I then waited for the authorites to show up, but SHOCKER, nobody showed up. Grumpy old man should mind his...

Pretty great park. Two playgrounds for different age groups, plenty of green space and tall trees for shade and fresh air. Wide open areas for games of volleyball or football and wooded areas for lounging and relaxing. They have 1.5 Basketball, 2 baseball fields, and a bocci ball court make this a great place for group activities. They also provide benches, picnic tables, and grills on site. Overall, one of the better parks I've been to. Plenty to do. Right next to the aquatics center and senior center.
