DIRTY DINING They don’t even deserve one star. Where to begin? I’ve given this site the benefit of the doubt 4 times in the past year… regrets were had. Going worst to “least worse” part… #1) NASTY, DIRTY, & UNSANTIARY: they’ve got teenagers in the back making the food, on their cellphones without hair nets. I literally watched this &$@!ing 13-14 year scratch his greasy head then dig hand first in to the big bowl of tortilla chips without a glove. Watched front line workers DRIPPING sweat in to the containers holding the food. And perhaps even worse, I watched someone use a rag to clean the whole food station, AFTER dropping it on the FLOOR. The guy was scrubbing the edges of the food containers with it and the prep area. Someone is going to get sick. #2) Even in person, they can’t get your order right. Part incompetence, party laziness, & part being CHEAP. Meat portions at other locations are a whole serving spoon. Here it is 2/3 at best. They’re always out of stuff and REFUSE to make more, 2-3-4 hours before they even close. I asked if they’d have fajita veggies soon and got a super rude “NO, and we won’t have any.” They had three meats and sofritas today…. The chicken was the only one not obviously sitting. The pork & Barbocoa literally had a film formed over top of them as they were probably sitting there for hours (everyone was ordering steak or chicken). I look the guy in the eye and asked for lettuce, then turn to talk to me wife. He proceeds to start packaging it up and I don’t notice till I’m home he couldn’t take three seconds to grab a handful of lettuce. This is how you run a restaurant… in to the damn ground. #3) No service, just a “be thankful I’m serving you” attitude. Could be the fact they have all teenagers on staff (pretty sure shift managers too), or just that they’d rather be home. Either way I feel like I’m not ever welcome, until I get to checkout, which is when I get a smile and raked over the coals for increasingly costly food with decreasing portion sizes. Don’t bother, you’ll have better luck going to Taco Bell up the road. Also I’m serious about dirty dining —...
Read moreTuesday, May 27, 2025 I picked up my food from chipotle around 6:50 PM. I went home after that knowing that my food was complete safe and delicious but as soon as I open my bowl, it was plain as some chicken and some rice so I went back to the store and of course tell to the supervisor about my complaint and while I was there, I asked the person in the counter, can I talk to your supervisor and he went to go get supervisor while I was there? I opened a bowl on the counter so they can see what’s going on, but there’s this one worker there who talk to me that all you gotta pick that up like he was trying to be smart while I was just telling them about my concern and you know I think that is a very rude reaction knowing that I’m a customer and I hope that you know could maybe talk to me in a nicer way but as soon as the supervisor arrives. I told him my concern and they say like do you want me to make it up And to be honest, I was very disappointed about the way you act towards my concern because if I was in her situation, I would say I’m so sorry on behalf of my chipotle team this evening I would be gladly to make you a new one and then proceed to do so but instead she told me ““ you might do you want me to make you a new one of course I want you to make me a new one. What do you want me to do Sit there in the app about it the reason why I ordered it ahead so when I get home and pick up the food. It would be ready to eat and I’m just gonna relax but instead I have to go back-and-forth again just to pick up my food. I am really disappointed to this chipotle branch in Clairton Boulevard And that specific people they suck they’re miserable and I hope that they could make a seminar for new team members how to handle situations like that through there is no escalating or whatsoever needs to be happening and you know maybe fix what’s going on and talk with respect you. You really have no reason to be rude towards the customer if you make...
Read moreIf I could give ZERO stars I would I placed my order online with a pick up time of 15 minutes after placing the order. I arrived to the location at my ASSIGNED time of 6:30 p.m. and my order was not ready. There was 20+ people standing around waiting on orders I waited about 10 minutes & then ask what time they was working on for pick-up & the employee said 5:50 p.m. I expressed my frustration & ask to talk to a manager. I stood & waited for another 15 minutes the manager never came out to talk with me or address the problems. So I decided that I would get in the regular walk in place your order line, place my order & when they ask me to pay I would tell them that I had placed my order online & had already paid. I went through the line & when I got over to the cashier & he said that is $13.85 I responded with I ordered & paid online. The employee said to me that is not okay we can't process your order like that & I said well maybe now the manager will come out to talk to me because I am refusing to pay again for my order. I waited another 3 minutes until the manager walked up she stood there looking dumb founded so I shared with her that I would not being paying because I already had online. I waited for 45 minutes for a total amount of time in that dirty store for the most disgusting food I have ever had in front of me. The staff was extremely rude & disrespectful. I will be calling the health department to get them inspected & I would truly hope that someone higher up or the owner of this store would reach out to me to make this whole situation right. But I will not hold my breath but I bet the manager will have to deal with the Health Department officials when they come in & will have ALOT of explaining to do them. I was at the Southland Shops location in Pleasant Hills/West Mifflin area on Rt. 51. Don't waste your $$$ on this...
