Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in West Mifflin

The ONLY reason I rated it a1 star is because of one incredibly nasty woman(older white woman, short blonde hair, about 60's or so and a nasty condescending smirk on her sour face).I am guessing she's a manager, because she wasn't wearing what the other staff was. I came in with my family 2 weeks ago, and this woman was working behind the counter. My husband ordered a chicken strip meal, 4 piece. She mocked him and insisted that he said "a number 4 meal". He said, "No, I want the 4 piece strip as a meal." She was so impatient and rude. She was going out of her way to embarrass my husband in front of a store full of customers. He asked for honey for the chicken strips and she threw 1 and only 1 packet on the tray. I finally had enough and told my husband (who was so flustered and embarrassed by this nasty woman) that we will never eat at this location if she's working. FYI Corporate Chick Fil A, this lady had lines 7 or 8 people deep, clearly not knowing what she was doing and going SO SLOW. I have never had so much unwarranted aggression given to me for simply ordering food! She has no business working the counter with such a sour attitude! On another note, every other employee was incredibly sweet, especially an African American gentleman who was also working the counter(looked in his late 40's, early 50's). Wow. This place fell hard in 6 months. We knew it was too good to be true… I mean I’ll take McDonald’s service/uncleanliness for a far superior chic-fil-a sandwich.. but not without griping about it… Saturday morning. 20 people waiting for pickups inside. App said order was ready so I asked if my order was ready, I saw it sitting on the counter too, when I ask politely, she snapped ‘it’s comin” ..how she responded to everyone who asked. To be honest, coming from someone in that uniform, it was kind of exhilarating seeing them be rude and annoyed. Then I watched them change sandwiches in my bag 3 times. I waited 24 minutes inside for my two sandwiches. Get home. Both wrong. And either chicken sandwich had egg or the extra bacon I paid for. There’s more… pulling away.. trash was strewn on the parking lot from one dumpster and the other dumpster doors were wide open swinging in the wind blocking traffic, sorry no pics, safe driver. On 7/8 at 7:56p I was in the left lane at chick-fil-a waiting for the young man to take my order. The caucasian woman that was in front of me ordered her food and he was pleasant to her and even told her my pleasure. I moved up and his whole demeanor was rude, as soon as he seen that I was a black woman. I started the conversation with hi, and right off the bat he said what do you want? I said a spicy chicken salad and he said what dressing? I said creamy salsa and he said what else do you want, I said that’s all. The young man gave me my total and I took my phone out he said is that Apple Pay, very rude and I said yes. I held my phone up and he slam the machine on my phone and then said you’re done you can go. I used to like coming to this chick-fil-la but after tonight I’m done because I noticed that he was upset when he had to take the black women’s food order.
