Burger King — Restaurant in Pleasant Valley Township

The team member at the speaker was very rude. She was an elderly lady with short gray hair. I had trouble with ordering, I said "can I do the 2 for 6?" breakfast as I usually order and I was met with "2 for 6 what? all you said was that, I don't know what you're talking about. 2 for 6 biscuits? crossiants?" I took this personally as I felt like it could've been a lot more nicer. Whether it be "okay, 2 for 6 crossiant or biscuit?" or even explaining the way it works to me as I clearly didn't know or understand. it ended up being the 2 for 5 but as stated the team member was just really rude, saying things like "okay so what do you want" and repeating herself after I already stated what I would've liked. For Ex. "double or single because 2 for 6 is double" I said "single please", she said "okay so which one?" and I felt I HAD to say "2 for 5" and not once was I rude to this lady. I kept apologizing for the misunderstanding and saying thank you, you know, minding my manners and she just didn't care to be nice even after I wasn't giving her any attitude. I don't understand why people need to be this way. I asked for grape jelly at the end of everything for my 2 sandwiches and she gave me 1 and I felt that was petty. I am not expecting from this chain of course but I just needed to rant about how my experience here was...

Very nice Burger King. We had lunch there recently, and the young man at the counter was super friendly and efficient. I believe he was also handling the drive thru orders, but it wasn't busy and he easily handled both. The whoppers and fries were hot, fresh, and tasty. I like how you can easily customize your toppings ( I like extra pickle and extra mayo). The bathroom and dining areas were very clean. The kids indoor playground was closed during our visit, but it looked like a nice area, with large glass walls to ensure parents can keep an eye on the little ones.

I used the BK phone app as a registered customer, which allowed me the current app special deal of two whoppers, two fries, and two drinks for $10. Normally this BK on Devils Glenn has been great but lately going through the drive thru even when they are not super busy I have been skipped over in line 3 times in the last three weeks. Today I was in the North drive thru order station and was there waiting for the person in the other station to be done because they must not have someone to cover both lines but then when she was finished the next person in line pulled up and their order was immediately taken while I still sat waiting... This is not acceptable as now it has happen to me 3 times and everytime I am made to wait when I was next.. The food has always been great but this lapse in drive thru service has continued to get worse.. This needs to be addressed immediately because I am not the only one this has happened to there.
